SOS Events Ministry focuses on prayer, especially for events. Prayer for the workers and prayer for the unsaved. The event season has arrived! Fall festivals and events of all kinds take place in the next 5 weeks. Please pray with us for good weather, wisdom for the workers and most of all for Salvations of people who go to events but not to church. Upcoming events in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee and more. Please join with us in prayer if you cannot join with us in person. Also, pray that YOU will be the worker that God uses to get out the gospel.
Luke 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

SOS Events Ministry is careful not to express political views, however, as Christians no matter how we vote, we have a responsibility to pray for our leaders of our Country. We are to respect those who are in authority and be thankful that we have a President who honors God. So today, if you agree or disagree with President Trump, pray for him and the other men and women in office.
I Timothy 1&2 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

Your Pastor has many responsibilities. He usually is a husband, father, maybe a grandfather and he also has his church family to oversee and Shepard. He needs to be filled with the Holy Spirit so that he can fulfill all his responsibilities. On Sunday morning especially you can help your Pastor by praying for him and by not going to him before service with problems or questions (unless it is an emergency). Show your Pastor and his family love and respect, God has called him to serve you.
Hebrews 13:7 Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.

SOS Events set up a booth at The Swanton Corn Festival in Ohio on Saturday. Stephanie Curtis is the Team leader in the Toledo area and did a great job coordinating her first event in that area. 25 decisions were recorded and several Christians were interested in SOS Events training at their church. Prayers for the growth of this team in Ohio are greatly appreciated.

“Are the things you are living for, worth Jesus dying for?” Adrian Rogers
Our body should glorify God in three ways, PRAYER, POWER and PRAISE. Prayer without ceasing, power to win souls and praising God continually. Again the question, Are you glorifying God?
1 Corinthians 6:20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.

We are deeply saddened to inform you that there was a plane crash involving Moody Aviation with three fatalities. We do not have all the details yet but emergency responders and government officials have been on the scene. An official investigation is underway. More details to follow.
Please be in prayer for Moody Aviation and all involved. Beka Williams, former SOS Events office worker attends Moody Aviation School in Spokane, WA. Moody trains Christians to be missionary pilots. Beka posted the message about the crash and she as well as all the staff and students, especially the families of the crash victims need prayers for peace and comfort.

In times of stress, heartache, trials and problems we need one another. As Christians the greatest thing we can do is pray for a Christian brother or sister in their need. God answers prayer. When you see a person in need immediately offer to pray for them, even the unsaved will appreciate your care and concern. God hears and answers prayer.
Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
