Three Saved As Staff Travels

July 27, 2007

Many times as the staff travels in their RV’s they park in Wal-mart parking lots for the night. That saves hundreds of dollars in campground fees. One morning as Tom went outside to replace a wiper blade a lady, named Fran, stopped to ask Tom a question. After talking for a few minutes about traveling, Tom asked Fran if she knew the “3 things God Can Not Do”. Of course she had never heard. “Are you 50, 75 or 100% sure if you died right now you would go to Heaven?” Tom asked.“I have no idea,” she replied.By that time Carolyn joined the conversation and Fran bowed her head, joined hands and asked Jesus to save her.

2 days later traveling through South Carolina, Tom and Carolyn got on a back road. Lost! In a large motor home that was almost out of gas. After several miles and much prayer, they came to a crossroads with a little old fashioned gas station on the corner. So happy to have found a place to get fuel, after the tank was full, Tom and Carolyn went in to pay the bill. Two men were inside and Tom, never one to pass up an opportunity, asked his usual question. Neither man knew they were going to heaven. The Spirit working on their hearts, Carolyn praying, and Tom gently telling them that they could be saved, both men decided to call upon the name of the Lord. What rejoicing, both PJ and Randy now are on their way to Heaven.God had all of that planned. Lost? No, an appointed time in God’s perfect plan. The Bible says, The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.
