Do you ever sing praises to the Lord when you are alone?
We may sing along as we hear a song or hymn on the radio or other media source. We sing in church or in a group of other Christians, but do you sing to the Lord as worship when you are alone? Just because you love Him and worship Him.
If you never have done that, try it. Jesus delights in our worship from the heart.
Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:
Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me I once was lost, but now am found T’was blind but now I see
T’was Grace that taught my heart to fear And Grace, my fears relieved How precious did that grace appear The hour I first believed
Through many dangers, toils and snares We have already come. T’was grace that brought us safe thus far And grace will lead us home, And grace will lead us home
Amazing grace, Howe Sweet the sound That saved a wretch like me I once was lost but now am found T’was blind but now I see
This is a favorite hymn for many people. Not sung in many churches anymore. I love the old hymns, do you?
It’s not just another day on the calendar—it’s a call to come into the presence of God with joy in our hearts and praise on our lips. The Psalmist doesn’t say to come quietly, reluctantly, or out of obligation. Instead, we are told to come with gladness… and even more, to come singing.
Singing is a reflection of the heart. When we truly recognize who God is—our Savior, our Provider, our Faithful Friend—there is something within us that wants to respond. Even if our voice isn’t perfect, our praise can be.
Today, whether you are in a church service, at home, or quietly reflecting, take a moment to lift your heart in worship. Thank Him for His goodness, His mercy, and His presence in your life.
You don’t need a perfect setting—just a willing heart.
Come before Him today… and don’t forget to sing. 🎶
The Strawberry Festival continues today. Parade Day is an exciting day at the Festival. School is out for the children in Plant City. People from many States come to the Festival.
There have been 95 people who have trusted Jesus as their Savior in the last 4 days. Please continue to pray for the volunteers and especially the people passing by to be saved.
We do lift the name of Jesus when people come to the volunteer who explains the A,B, C plan of salvation.
Jesus said, And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. John 12:32
Can you praise the Lord at all times? For everything?
Sometimes that is hard to do, but it is not a suggestion. It should be a way of life for the Christian who truly believes what the Bible says.
“All things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to HIS purpose.“
Sometimes we don’t understand and wonder why. We still need to praise the Lord and eventually He may show us what His purpose was.
If He does not, we still Praise Him. He is good, He is merciful, He is kind, He loves us, He sent His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross, and so many other things that a library could not contain all the wonderful things He has done.
So, do I praise the Lord at all times? YES. How about you?
Ed and Rhonda, faithful volunteers for SOS Events, were at the Perrysburg Car Show on Friday night as usual. God blessed them with 2 people who trusted Jesus as their Savior.
Sometimes we think only one or two, but God is the One who brings them in. He knows who will be saved and He prepares hearts.
Praise the LORD for the 2 who were saved on the 4th of July. They are now free from sin and judgement.
If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. John 8:36

It was amazing to witness 17 salvations last evening at the Perrysburg Car Show. We are so thankful and honored to be a part of the SOS Events Ministry.❤️
Praise ye the Lord. O give thanks unto the Lord; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. Psalm 106:1
Saturday was a great day at the Santuck Flea Market in Alabama!
God’s Word was Proclaimed and Glorified on this beautiful but hot day and 8 people made the decision to follow Jesus and surrender their lives to Him as their Lord and Savior.
We all had the opportunity to encourage and pray with those who needed a word from the Lord and were able to give out 8 Bibles.
We are so blessed to have John ,David ,Carl and Patricia as faithful volunteers with SOS and are so thankful for their witness under the ministry tent. To God Be the Glory for these precious souls saved !!
For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. Romans 11:36
