We tend to complain about the weather but, we can do nothing about it.
It’s too hot, or too cold. Rainy, dry, windy, humidity or lack there of.
In this verse the Bible tells us to rejoice. The Lord made this a day of beauty. A day that we have to make choices. We can grumble about the weather or use it as an opportunity to Praise the Lord!
So, whatever the day looks like where you are, rejoice that God has given you another day to Praise Him.
Jesus is the most famous person of all time. He is either loved or hated. Everything in the universe revolves round Him.
I met Him many years ago, when I realized that I needed to have my sins forgiven. I invited Him to come into my heart, forgive me of all my sin, and become my Lord and Savior.
Did I see Him physically? No, but He is real and you can meet Him too.
You don’t need an appointment. He is waiting for you to meet Him. All you need to do to meet Jesus is ask Him to forgive your sins and come into your life.
I encourage you to come and meet my Savior.
Monday the beginning of a new week. May God give you many blessings this day and all week long.
On the TV program, “Family Feud” hosted by Steve Harvey, the question was ask of 100 people.
Family Feud: “Name someone you have to be nice to even though you don’t like them.”
Answer #5: “Pastor”
Steve Harvey: “How are you going to church and don’t like the Pastor?”
That is supposed to be funny, however, that is a very serious question for a believer.
In all seriousness, as your Pastor prays and prepares to stand in the gap to deliver the Word of God, I encourage you to pray for him, support him, and pray God does a mighty work through him!
Jeremiah 3:15 – And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.
Jesus, took our sin, all of them, when He died on the cross. We are completely healed from the curse of sin.
Yes, He also can heal our physical bodies but the greatest thing that He did for us is give us eternal life.
If you have never accepted Jesus, ask Him for His forgiveness and healing right now. He is waiting for you!
One of the events that SOS Events has participated in for many years is Bethany Baptist Church Fall Festival in Plant City, Florida. This churchyard event has been one of the most successful events every year and this year is no exception.
The SOS Events Florida Team recorded 29 salvations. Our volunteers are spread out and some of them do more than one event on this day. God blesses the faithfulness of all of SOS Events volunteers.
It has been a wonderful Fall Season. Hundreds of people have made decisions to follow the Lord. Now these new Christians need to get into a good Bible believing church. Please pray for them.
And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Hebrews 10:24-25
SOS Events has participated in Antioch Days for many years but this is the first year thar we have had an antique car to display.
God blessed the Florida SOS Team with 12 decisions at this event. At the same time there were several other events taking place on Saturday, including another car show. SOS Events did set up there but if we would have had another car it would have been great!
Results are still coming in to the Home Office from all the events that took place last week. Praise the Lord for a successful Fall Harvest of souls.
Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. John 4:35
Many events took place the last week in October in Florida. SOS Events has participated in Missionary Baptist Fall Festival for several years. This event usually has a small crowd so decisions in the past has been two or three.
But, this year God blessed with a record year for this event. 15 people trusted Jesus as their Savior.
God is so faithful when we continue to do His will. Praise the Lord!

Great quote for the world we live in today. When contemplating what to put on the blog, this quote came to mind, but who first said it?
This is a good research project for you today. It is not scripture but a true saying for Christians.
Are you sitting back doing nothing? Content to sit in church and listen, but not going out and witnessing to your friends and neighbors. The conclusion, do something. Join SOS Events and learn how to be a witness for Christ.

Thank you Lord for these 5 precious souls Born Again into the Kingdom of Heaven today at the Clay County Car Show and Swap meet.
We are so blessed to be able to share the Gospel message with SOS Events Ministry at this event.
There were several events this past week and we are tired but our hearts are so full of gratitude to be able to see lives changed and souls saved ❤
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not. Galatians 6:9
