When we receive Jesus as our Savior, He sends the Holy Spirit to dwell in us.
We know that we have inherited eternal life and we can live an abundant life now, filled with peace, joy and love whatever our circumstances.

Psalms 48:1 Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised in the city of our God, in the mountain of his holiness.
Have you ever been in a situation that you thought was impossible?
Last Saturday was one of those situations. It was raining. SOS Events was supposed to set up a booth at a food giveaway in Turkey Creek, Florida.
When the team got there everything was in chaos. Because of the rain, there was no place to put up the tent. Instead of a regular set up we had to put our tables in a straight line, under an awning, in a narrow walkway.
It seemed impossible. That is not the way SOS Events works.
But, the team was there, obedient to what the Lord called them to do. Witness to the lost. Doing the best they could do and leave the results to the Lord.
God is faithful. He can work in impossible situations. And He did! 25 people trusted Jesus as their Savior. A record for that event!
Matthew 19:26 – But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.
Valentines Day is Sunday. Let us focus on what the Bible says about love.
First and most important is that God loves us and sent His son Jesus to die for our sin. God wants us to love Him and live with Him forever.
The United States of America was founded on the Word of God. The founding fathers gave us freedom OF religion, NOT freedom FROM religion.
Christians, we must pray that our country turns back to God.
Many other nations also need to honor God the Creator. Our whole world is in trouble.
The first step if you are not a Christian is to put your faith in the Lord Jesus. He blesses individuals as well as nations. That is a good place to start.
His name is Jesus.
We have someone to comfort us in times of difficulty and in times of happiness.
God sent the Holy Spirit to dwell in us and be with us always, when we accept Jesus as our Savior.
What wonderful good news. In any situation He is with us. We are never alone.
