When storms of life threaten us we do not have to struggle to keep afloat alone.
Just as an anchor keeps a boat from being destroyed, Jesus is the anchor we need to weather the storm.
He waits for us to call on Him in times of trouble.

If you feel lost and in a dark place, God’s Word will direct you to go in the right direction.
Jesus is the light!

This photo says it all. This family trusted Jesus as their Savior last evening at the Perrysburg, Ohio Car Show.
God blesses the simple plan of salvation that is presented by the volunteers of SOS Events Ministry. People of all ages stop by and listen and many do ask Jesus to forgive their sins and become their Savior.
There were a total of 10 at this event. Please pray for more precious people to be saved as the faithful volunteers continue to give the gospel at various events throughout the USA and beyond.
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 1 John 5:13

Can you praise the Lord at all times? For everything?
Sometimes that is hard to do, but it is not a suggestion. It should be a way of life for the Christian who truly believes what the Bible says.
“All things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to HIS purpose.“
Sometimes we don’t understand and wonder why. We still need to praise the Lord and eventually He may show us what His purpose was.
If He does not, we still Praise Him. He is good, He is merciful, He is kind, He loves us, He sent His Son, Jesus, to die on the cross, and so many other things that a library could not contain all the wonderful things He has done.
So, do I praise the Lord at all times? YES. How about you?

Ronnie Burlison and the SOS Events Alabama Team were at the Mt Top Flea Market in Attalla, Alabama. When presenting the ABCs of salvation 20 people called on the Lord for salvation.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
His name is JESUS.

Jesus is the answer to everything we need.
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 4:14
The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life. Job 33:4
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. John 6:35
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12

This verse in John is Jesus speaking to His disciples after His resurrection. First He tells them Peace! He is with them.
Then He gives them the commission to go! Go and tell others about Jesus. His death, burial and resurrection.
This commission is ours today. We have the Good News. Jesus paid for all our sins and we need to share that with others. He paid for their sins too.
Find someone today to tell.

Jesus is with us everyday and in every circumstance. He is with us when we have a good day, and He is with us in times of sorrow and pain.
Draw close to Him. Sometimes when things are going well we tend to forget to thank Him for being with us in those times.
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. James 4:8

If we abide in Jesus, He promises that we will be blessed.
Have you ever wondered how a person who is going through great trials in their life can be so happy and contented. Then we find that the source of their joy is Jesus!
We are truly blessed.
