The devil is after YOU. We must be aware at all times that he is trying to ruin our testimony. None of us are exempt from his wicked devises. He makes sin look good and we fall into his trap. Marriages failing, drinking, drugs, anxiety and many other seemingly innocent sins creep into our lives one small step at a time. We must resist the devil and he will flee. Let’s pray for one another, family, friends, coworkers and neighbors, that they and we, will be able to resist the devil.
Just a word of encouragement today for all SOS Events Workers and others who are on the front lines working for the Lord. Your Labour is not in vain. Keep on keeping on.

Just as we pack for a trip, there are things we need to “pack” on our journey toward Heaven. The first and most important is Salvation. Being saved is our ticket, and without it we cannot enter. Prayer, Faith, Love Joy, Patience, Goodness, Truth, Service, Witnessing and Forgiveness. (you may think of a few more) are needed for our trip. In this picture is a cat which cannot be taken and on our life’s journey we need to leave out things also, Hate, Lying, Gossip, Pride and Disobedience are a few. As you prepare for Heaven, what are you “packing” to be ready?

Titus 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Do you ever feel like time flies and you don’t have enough hours in the day to get everything done? We live in a world that keeps us so busy that sometimes we neglect the important things, friends, family but most importantly God. He should be the first priority in our lives and everyday should start out with reading His Word and prayer. If we take that time the rest will fall into place and we can accomplish what needs to be done.
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Entertainment is important to us as Christians especially in the USA where we have so much time to spend on sports, hobbies, TV or whatever we do for relaxation. The Bible tells us that whatever we do, do it for the glory of God. How we spend our “free” time is important. We must be careful to watch (TV or movies) and listen (music or conversation) to things that will bring glory to God in our personal lives and for those around us who look to us for spiritual guidance.
1 Corinthians 10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.
