Jesus, My Greatest Love
February 12, 2022
Many of the old hymns and chorus are taken from scripture. “Oh how I love Jesus”:is one of them.
If you do not know this song look it up on YouTube. Sing along with it. God loves to hear us sing praise to Him.
We love him, because he first loved us. 1 John 4:19
A Reminder!
February 11, 2022
Valentines Day is Monday. Remember your spouse with a card, gift or maybe a special meal!
The Bible tells us how to have a happy marriage. Husbands love your wife and wives reverence your husband. Sounds old fashioned, especially in the USA, but it works.
Ephesians 5:33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.
Love Your Neighbor
February 10, 2022
What greater way to show love to your neighbor than to tell them about Jesus and show them how to have eternal life.
Who is your neighbor? Not just the person who lives next door or across the street, but everyone who you come in contact with. The person who delivers the mail, a clerk in the grocery store, your child’s teacher or someone you just met.
Yesterday at the Plant City Florida Flea Market 11 people trusted Jesus as their Savior. The SOS Events Team showed their love for their neighbor. They went to this event to show God’s love to people they have never met.
Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Matthew 22:37-39
Love of Family.
February 9, 2022
It is so great to have a family that plays together. More importantly a family that prays together, stays together as the old saying goes.
If you have a family that loves one another and gets along, stop today and Praise the Lord for that great blessing.
Maybe your family has conflict or you do not have a family. The good news is, you can have someone in your life who is even better than the closest family member. His name is Jesus.
A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. Proverbs 18:24
Love in The Bible
February 8, 2022
There are hundreds of verses in the Bible on the word “love”. It is a wonderful word study.
There are 4 types of love in the Bible.
- Phillia Love – A love that is affectionate but not romantic. This love is usually shared between family and friends.
- Eros love – A love that is romantic between a man and woman.
- Philautia Love – Is a love and respect we should have for ourselves and the Holy Spirit indwelling within us.
- Mania Love – This is a love in which we are obsessed. This love leads to false idols and putting things on a pedestal higher than God
Today we have looked at some interesting facts, however, we can know all about the word LOVE but until we experience God’s love all our knowledge means nothing.
The love of GOD for us is found in the familiar verse, John 3:16, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
What Great Love ❤️

Do you stop and really thank Jesus for His death on the cross. He died not because He had to, but because He loves us so much He chose to go to the cross.
The Bible says without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness for our sin. Jesus shed His own blood for you and me. What great love.

Are You Searching?
February 5, 2022
Are you looking for something to fill that emptiness? You feel like you have a hole in your heart that nothing will fill.
You may be surrounded with people who you love, but there is that void that nothing seems to fill. Jesus is the only One who can fill that emptiness.
Jesus loves you. He came to earth to die on the cross for you! He is waiting for you. Invite Jesus into your heart today.
God Knows Your Name!
February 4, 2022
God loves us so much that He knows our name.
God loves the world but more importantly, He loves each of us individually. He knows our name and He calls each one to salvation through Jesus.
If you know Jesus personally, thank Him today for your salvation. If you have not made that decision, do it now.
