Who Is First In Your Life?

Who is first in your life? Your spouse, children, boyfriend or girlfriend? Maybe you put yourself first.
The Bible tells us who should be first. if you want to be successful in your relationship with others, then Jesus should be the One who is first in your life.

Lake Placid, Florida, 9 Salvations

What a blessing. Pastor Jess Page and one of his men went to another church, about 30 miles from their church, Faith Baptist in Lake Placid, where there was a Fall Festival.
God blessed their day with 9 people trusting Jesus as their Savior.
SOS Events Ministry usually does not ask the Pastors to volunteer at events because of their busy schedules, however, when a Pastor has a heart for seeing souls saved, then go to an event it is an extra blessing.
Thankfully there are Pastors who promote SOS Events and some do work with us at events. May God give each one of these Pastors wisdom, power and salvations in their ministries.
The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. Proverbs 11:30
God’s Blessing On SOS Events!

What a wonderful opportunity at the SBC Annual Meeting that was held in Polk City, Florida. Pastors and Christian Leaders stopped at the display to learn about SOS Events Ministry.
Most of us would think that everyone there are born again Christians. However, a boy and a girl, young teens, came over to see the “3 Things God Can Not Do” display.
Stephanie discovered they were not saved and was able to led them to the Lord. What excitement! The youth Leaders from the church were so happy to hear about the salvation of these teens.
At this event, God opened the door with several opportunities for SOS Events to go to several churches in the area and train teams to win people to the Lord.
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15
The Good Shepherd!

Jesus is THE GOOD SHEPHERD, however, someone else is a shepherd also, he is the Pastor of your church.
Pastors look after their flock. That is you and me. They look for lost souls, they bring comfort when we are sick or hurt, they keep us from getting into sin through their preaching.
Pastors who love Jesus and look to Him for help and guidance, they want their sheep to follow Him. Pray for your pastor today!
Where Is Your Investment?

Others are in debt, living from paycheck to paycheck. And some live in complete poverty, not knowing where their next meal is coming from.
Whatever your financial circumstances, we all have the privilege of laying up treasure in Heaven.
But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: Matthew 20:6
Where Do You walk?

Many of us walk for exercise. We may have a favorite place outside, like a park, or inside at a gym.
Some people walk from necessity, they live in a city or they do not have transportation.
However, there is a place we all need to walk spiritually. The Bible tells us to walk in the light. Jesus is that light. Are you walking with Jesus?
Can I Ask God’s Blessing On This?

Can I ask God’s blessing on this? This is a great question to ask whatever we plan to do.
When we live our lives doing things we want or think we should, without thinking how will this effect our relationship with God, we are in danger of falling into sin.
If you have never trusted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, that is the first thing you need to do to receive a blessing from God.
Once you have done that, then everything else we do should be done to honor and glorify God.
Do You Need A Heart Transplant?

Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Psalms 51:10
We all need a clean heart. If we have not received Jesus as our Savior, our hearts are hard because of sin. We need. heart transplant.
God’s Word tells us He will create a new heart within us. The Holy Spirit comes in and helps us live a life that is pleasing to God.
