The internet can be a tool used by Satan to corrupt people’s minds, it can also be a great blessing. Everyday, when checking the stats on SOS Events blog, it is amazing how many people from other countries follow the posts. Everyday people from all over the world have opportunity to get a message from God, using this website. People from over 90 countries outside the USA have been encouraged. Many go to the Bible Studies or go to the home page to find out the 3 Things God Can Not Do.
This blog started many years ago, with posts only occasionally. Then as the response grew the posts became daily. Thank you to everyone who reads and follows this blog. Our prayer is that Christians grow in the Lord and the unsaved respond to the gospel and be born again. Thank the Lord, Jesus, for the Internet and the opportunity to witness to people all over the world without leaving the office.

Yesterday at the Plant City, Florida Flea Market 15 people accepted Jesus as their Savior. What a great start to the New Year. SOS Events is looking for new events, new Leaders and Trainers, new volunteers and the most important new souls to be saved. What a wonderful opportunity to begin the new year, with a desire to see souls come to Christ. If you have not been involved with soul winning, now is the time. Wes and Beth had an amazing afternoon presenting SOS Events Ministry at the Teen Center Boys and Girls Club in Alexander City, Alabama. There were 10 teens that were presented to and 8 accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior the other 2 will be followed up with prayer and Bible study. We are so blessed to be a part of this life saving ministry and to God be the Glory.
Matthew 18:3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

SOS Events always needs Spanish speaking people to witness at events. Diana, standing beside the Pastor, had the opportunity to teach this group how to use the “3 Things God Can Not Do” display and the ABC’s of salvation in Spanish. Most of the materials that we have has been translated into Spanish. The Pastor was interpreter. He is excited about his people learning how to witness at events and today one of them is going to the Plant City Flea Market. Praise the Lord! Please pray for this group and for many souls to be won in the Spanish community.

T-Rex Ryan was saved at a recent event. Sometimes people dress in costume for an event to welcome people to the event. This young man came over to the SOS Events booth to get pictures with the workers and he was curious about the “3 Things God Can Not Do”. He was not 100% sure he was going to Heaven. When the ABC’s of salvation was explained he gladly trusted Jesus as his Savior.
John 20:31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

Every event is different. In this photo, Diana is leading one child to the Lord. Nothing fancy here. No tent, just a table and some chairs and a willing worker filled with the Holy Spirit making a difference in peoples lives. At this “Churchyard” event 20 people made decisions last weekend. God blessed SOS Events with over 500 souls in October. Praise the Lord. A special thanks to ALL the SOS Events volunteers who worked various events last month.

In this photo, Dena, is explaining the “A B C’s” of salvation to 2 people at New Home Baptist Fall Festival in Lakeland, Florida where 6 people were saved. Many adults receive Jesus at children’s events. God prepares hearts and people respond to the gospel. The A B C’s of salvation are:
A For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23
B That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9
C For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. Romans 10:13

For the past several years, Diana, SOS Events Board Member, Office Manager, Trainer and volunteer, has used her yard to witness to the Trick or Treat people on Halloween.
Last night 35 people made decisions for salvation more than ever before. Diana and her husband, Tony, have turned the Halloween custom of Trick or Treat into an annual SOS Event. Thank the Lord for dedicated soul winners and the children, teens and adults they led to Jesus.
1 Corinthians 1:4. I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;

We are blessed to have a new volunteer for SOS Events Ministry. Mrs Bonnie Wilson is going to be a great servant for our Lord and Savior with the Alabama Team. As SOS Events Ministry grows in many areas throughout the USA more volunteers are needed. A willing heart and a few hours of your time for training is all that it takes to receive the greatest blessing in your life…the opportunity to win people to Jesus. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing people come to the Lord and know you are serving Him.
Colossians 3:24 Knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
