Love puts the other person ahead of yourself.
One of the first things a young child says is me or mine. We are born with a sin nature.
When we repent and trust Jesus as our Savior, His Word tells us to love one another and put them first.
Sometimes that is not easy to do, but with His help we can.
Today, show love to someone. A phone call, card, maybe just a hug is what you can do to show your love for them.
Choose to love. Love in times of trouble. Love in times of turmoil. Love when it’s not convenient. Love when you don’t feel like it.
Show the love of Jesus at all times.
John 15:12 This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you.
Mothers, what is the best thing you can do for your children? Love your husband. Children will feel secure. You will provide a happy home for them.
Going to church today? That is good, but do you have a close love relationship with Jesus?
Matthew 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind.
God loves us so much that even when we are not looking for Him, He draws us to Him.
