This is Alice. She is a vital part of SOS Events Ministry. She loves her Lord and Savior, Jesus and especially loves working at the ministry office. A dedicated wife, mother and grandmother, she goes out of her way to make sure they are taken care of. One of the things she does weekly is the Plant City Flea Market where she consistently wins people to the Lord. She is responsible for scheduling of all events in Florida and beyond, takes care of printing and mailing letters for SOS Events and is always willing to do whatever is needed to keep the ministry growing. When she gets to Heaven she will hear, well done thou faithful servant.
Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Carolyn Curtis is at a Missions Conference in Indiana where she met a young missionary couple who minister in the Congo. On their travels through Zambia they were at an event and saw the “3 Things God Can Not Do” display Board. People are using this simple way to present the gospel not only in America but all over the world. What a great encouragement to SOS Events. God is blessing as the ministry continues to expand.
Mark 16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

Praise the Lord for answered prayer. 21 Salvations yesterday at the Plant City Flea Market. Those of you who prayed with us for many Salvations, thank you. Bible studies will be sent to the new Christians as soon as possible.
Jeremiah 33:3 Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

Why are SOS leaders and volunteers so passionate about this ministry? Because of men, women and children…like Nikki.See this handwritten testimony of Nikki J., 12 years old? She accepted Christ at the SOS booth at the Trail of Tears event this past Sat in Waterloo, Al.
Will you join us in praying for her and the 36 others who made decisions for Christ at this event and for the SOS Leaders and Volunteers who “went” and shared the gospel?

The cell phone rings and I can’t get to it fast enough. Voicemail from an unknown phone number shows up on the screen from another state. Listen to the message. Someone wants information about SOS Events Ministry from Tennessee. His church already does Events and wants to use the “3 Things God Can Not Do” to win souls. What a blessing. There is a small SOS Events team in Tennesee currently only less than two hours away from this church. Another opportunity to expand and see more souls won to Christ. God is blessing the Ministry once again without any promotion on our part. Praise the Lord.

We can never Praise our Lord and Savior, Jesus, enough for His protection from the storms of life. Each day things are getting a little better from the hurricane. Praise the Lord.

Sometimes in life when we think there is only sorrow or trials, we think God has forsaken us. Then He gives us a blessing to show us that He cares and loves us. When going through the darkest trial look for the blessing. It may be something very small, like a phone call or text message from family or friend. It may be something big like a rainbow after the storm, but God is there and we need to lean on Him for peace and comfort.
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

What a joy to see that people from around the world are taking advantage of SOS Events website and especially this blog. As of this morning people from 79 countries outside the USA have visited the site. What an opportunity to study God’s Word with the Bible studies. Salvation is presented clearly on the home page for the unsaved. People praying for SOS Events from all over the world is a great blessing. When this Ministry was founded in 2001 with just two ordinary people, we never expected to see it grow to influence not only the USA but many countries around the world. To God be the glory.
