Work Of The Lord
July 7, 2017SOS Events Ministry is blessed to have a group of ladies that come faithfully once a month to help get out the newsletter. Yesterday, 18 worked diligently and by 11:30 everything was finished. Thank you Senior Servants for the work you do.

Fellowship With God
July 6, 2017We have joy when our adult children take time out of their busy schedule to stop over or call. Their fellowship is precious. Our Heavenly Father wants the same thing from us, His children. God wants to hear from us everyday. He loves to hear about out joys and also our troubles and sorrows. The wonderful thing about Him is He is always with us just waiting to hear and answer our prayers. If you have not talked to Him in awhile stop and pray right now. Fellowship with Him is the most precious blessing.

July 5, 2017If you went to a fireworks display over the past week, I am sure you thought that they were beautiful. That is how we celebrate Independence Day in America. But there is a display that no man can duplicate. That is a sunset created by God. He provides awesome beauty everyday all over the world.

Give Thanks for Freedom
July 2, 2017Sunday, the Lord’s Day and in America we have the freedom to go to the church of our choice. We are blessed. Our Country’s leaders gave us the freedom to worship as we please. As we worship today let us give thanks for our freedom to worship whenever and wherever we wish. God wants us to worship Him with our whole heart.
Psalms 35:18 I will give thee thanks in the great congregation: I will praise thee among much people.
True Freedom
July 1, 2017We are blessed in the United States of America to have freedom of religion for our lifetime. Jesus gives us freedom from our sin for all eternity.
John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
God Does Great Things
June 30, 2017Big event and the rain came down. Thunder, lightning. The booth was set up everything ready. Trust the Lord and head toward the Freedom Festival. The clouds parted and the sun came out just as the event was to start. God is faithful and within the first 5 minutes 5 people made decisions to be saved. Many blessings as the event continued, rain free. Five more Salvations and a Mom and Dad looking for a new church. The fireworks were spectacular and as soon as the parking lot cleared the rain came down again. God always does things in His perfect time.
Psalms 126:3 The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.
