Teenagers and young adults get blamed for much of the problems in this world, crime, drugs, theft, and worse. SOS Events Ministry has some wonderful teens that are not in trouble but working to win souls to the Lord. In this picture you see 3 young people witnessing to other teens at the Alabama National Fair. Praise the Lord for the opportunity to train young people to Serve Our Savior.
1 Timothy 4:12 Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity.

Most of the results for October are in and over 325 decisions to follow Jesus were recorded. That does not include the Alabama National Fair which is still open through this weekend. There are also other events Saturday. Pray for more souls to be won this weekend. SOS Events workers are the fishermen and God brings them in. PRAISE THE LORD!
Mark 1:17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.

SOS Events is so blessed to have wonderful volunteers who work tirelessly to help the ministry grow. Growth means more people are born again and Christians are learning how to witness. Today a special group of volunteers come to get out the monthly newsletter. They are our Senior Servants. Many of the have health problems, financial worries and other things that come as we get older, but they are faithful in spite of their obstacles. Thank you ladies. We are praying that God blesses you abundantly for the work you do.
Matthew 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Reports are coming in to the home office of SOS Events of the many souls saved this past week. The home trick or treat displays were simple but wonderful. Stephanie in Ohio was the only one on her street giving candy and she had 4 Salvations. Diana after a late start in Florida had 17 decisions. This is her 7th year to have a display in her yard and God has richly blessed. These ladies not only gave out candy but the gift of eternal salvation. Praise the Lord for all the new Christians.
2 Corinthians 9:15 Thanks be unto God for his unspeakable gift.

You have an opportunity tonight, Halloween, to witness to people that come to your home for trick or treat. When you give out candy you can also give a gospel tract. Some of our SOS events partners are setting up the “3 things God cannot do” display in their yard. This has been very successful in the past. Not only for children but for their parents and teenagers. Do not let this opportunity to win souls pass you by.
Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

A perfect illustration to show what SOS Events Ministry does.
1 Corinthians 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.

The Alabama National Fair starts Friday! Thank you to all volunteers who have signed up to share about Jesus at the SOS Events booth this Friday, Oct 27-Sunday, Nov 5. We’ve seen over 1,188 decisions for Christ so far at this 10 day event over the past couple of years and received so many blessings through discipleship of both new and seasoned Christians as they share the Good News. Join us in prayer for many to come to Christ and partner with us to see it done.
1 Thessalonians 5:25 Brethren, pray for us.
