God’s Blessings

October 13, 2020

On Saturday, several of the Florida Team volunteers were in Dade City at the Annual Scarecrow Festival.

God blessed their faithfulness with 41 people who trusted Jesus as their Savior.

This season should be the busiest, usually SOS Events have events every weekend, but because of cancellations due to coronavirus the events are fewer than usual. God richly blesses the events we do have with abundance of souls. Praise the Lord!

1 Corinthians 3:7
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.

God Answers Prayer

October 12, 2020

God is so good and faithful to answer prayer. SOS Events Team went to a food distribution at a local church.

It was a hot day. Praying for a breeze. That was answered as a light wind blew most of the day.

Prayers went up for an abundance of people who had not been there before and that many would be saved. Answered. 19 Souls were saved in a little over 2 hours.

The biggest blessing. A Spanish speaking person was needed. Naomi came (later than expected), God richly blessed her. She had been praying for a daughter to be save and the daughter came to the booth and trusted Jesus as her Savior.

Luke 11:13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?

A Perfect Church?

Acts 20:28
Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Why Do You Serve?

October 10, 2020

A slave serves because he has to.
An employee serves because he needs to.
A Christian serves because he wants to.

1 Samuel 12:24 Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great [things] he hath done for you.

Watch What You Say!

October 9, 2020

There is an old saying, “ sticks and stones can break my bones, but names will never hurt me.”

That is totally untrue. Our words can uplift or hurt, not only to our loved ones, but to people around us. Most importantly, our words are important to God.

What we say is an expressionof our heart.pray today that your words will be kind, helpful, and pleasing to the Lord.

Tired of Coronavirus?

October 8, 2020

If you are tired of the coronavirus, restrictions, cancellations, loss of income and everything connected to this pandemic, there is a solution.

Christians, not only in the USA, but all over the world, believe what God says in His word, He will heal our land.

We must humble ourselves, confess and forsake any sin in our lives and pray.

Please, Lord, heal our land of this pestilence.

Are You Troubled?

October 7, 2020

Troubled? Put your trust in the Lord, Jesus, He will give you comfort and peace.

Weekend Blessings

October 5, 2020

So greatful that SOS Events Ministry was able to be a part of the Fall Festival in Dadeville today! This precious family gave their lives to Christ and are now 100% sure that they are going to Heaven!

We were blessed to share the Gospel with 307 people at the SOS “3 Things God Cannot Do” board and gave out 320 tracts

There were 4 people that received assurance and will begin to get their bible study soon.

We met so many amazing people and are so thankful to be back out sharing the Gospel with this life saving ministry. A big thank you to John Balint for volunteering today Serving Our Savior!!

Report from Wes and Beth Walker, Leaders in Alabama.

For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

Do You Have A Clean Heart?

October 4, 2020

We wake up Sunday morning and have to prepare for worship physically but how often do we take the time to spiritually prepare ourselves before we even walk through the doors?

The devil will try to distract us with all kinds of problems. It’s a simple thing to forget in the bustle of getting ready on a Sunday morning, but we need to be thankful we can go to church.

There is a right way to show up on Sunday, but it can only happen if we start preparing our hearts before we even leave our homes.

COVID-19 has kept many of us from church. Let us not let anything or anyone keep us from worship. If you are able to go to church go with a prepared heart.
