More Rodeo Decisions

August 20, 2019

Another awesome night sharing the SOS Events Ministry tent at the Clay County Rodeo . God Blessed us greatly with 3 people accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. There were 7 that we’re reassured of their salvation and now know they’re 100% sure they’re going to Heaven. We presented the “3 Things God Cannot Do” board with 112 people and handed out 125 tracts, that’s a lot of seeds planted and in God’s timing they will prayerfully make that important decision to accept Christ as their Lord and Savior. We couldn’t have done this without the help from our faithful volunteers. We also thank God for the opportunity to share the Gospel with this life saving ministry.

Romans 10:10

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Let’s Get Excited

August 15, 2019

There are many things that get us excited and make us happy in life. Wedding plans, a new baby, success in business, when our team wins at a sporting event and many others. But, there is one thing that should bring joy and excitement in our lives as a Christian. Winning someone else to come to know Jesus as their Savior.

SOS Events gives opportunity to be a soul winner to everyone who has a desire to get out into the market place and win souls in a simple, non confrontational way. Come join the SOS Events team. Let’s get excited about Jesus. He came to seek and to save those who are lost.

Luke 19:10 For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.

YMCA Backpack Event, 26 Salvations

July 29, 2019

Saturday, some of the Florida SOS Events Team went to Riverview to the YMCA Camp Christina campus where several hundred back to school backpacks were distributed to children that are going back to school in just a few weeks. This event is a great opportunity to win people to the Lord as parents come with the children and whole families get to hear the gospel. 26 people received Jesus as their Savior. In the photo, top, Mark witnessing to a young boy, bottom left, Mark, Kaylen, Keira and Justin, right Diana with a grandmother and granddaughter who made a decision to follow Christ. The team members not pictured were Tony and Carolyn.

Celebrating 4th of July

July 5, 2019

The best way to celebrate the 4th of July is to witness at an event and to see people find true personal freedom from sin by accepting Jesus as their Savior. Some of The Florida team did exactly that this year. It is wonderful that children and adults come to events, not expecting to have their lives changed and then they come to the SOS Events booth and find salvation. A true reason to celebrate not only on Independence Day but any day of the year.

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Night of Worship in Ohio

July 2, 2019

At the Night of Worship in Maumee there were 12 Salvations, Praise the Lord. Top left is Nellie, a lady from Brazil, who was the first person to come into the booth. Dory and Stephanie leading two young men to the Lord. Emerson is trusting Jesus in the bottom left photo and a father came in with his daughter and he also made a decision to follow Christ. What a wonderful night of worship it was.

Acts 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

Couple Accepts Jesus

June 29, 2019

At a recent churchyard event this couple ask Jesus to be their Savior. SOS team leaders Dena and Glen (in blue shirts) had the privilege to lead them to the Lord.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Children Saved

June 28, 2019

Five children and one teenager made decisions to follow Jesus at the Freedom Festival in Florida. Several of the children had been at Vacation Bible School all week and they came into the booth to hear the gospel again and make sure of their salvation. We always rejoice when an adult or senior citizen accepts Christ, but a child has many more years to serve the Lord and Jesus welcomes them into the family of God.

Matthew 19:14 But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

This is an actual form from SOS Events team leader, Ronnie Burlison, about an event recently. Notice the decisions, ages and workers. Bill Newsom is a team leader in Tennessee who drove over to help. Thank you Ronnie, Tom and Bill for your faithfulness and especially to the Lord for the wonderful decisions. May all of these people who decided to trust in Jesus, grow in faith and continue to serve Him.

2 Peter 3:18 But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.
