Event Evangelism, Inc. is the legal name of SOS Events Ministry. Those names were chosen very carefully. Event because that is where the Gospel is presented. Evangelism because that is what we do. SOS stands for Serving Our Savior at Events. The goal is to present the Gospel to as many people as possible.
There are many areas that have very little gospel presentation outside the church. Events take place in every community and the opportunities are unlimited. SOS Events ministry can prepare you to become an effective witness in your area. All it takes is an email or phone call.
Matthew 9:37 & 38 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
The women in your life are important and they need your prayers. It may be your Mother, Wife, Daughter, Daughter in law, Granddaughter, Sister or friend.
Pray for wisdom, knowledge and understanding. The Bible tells us in Proverbs that a woman’s price is far above rubies. Pray that every woman in your life is working toward being a Godly Proverbs woman.
Sometimes when an SOS Events Team goes to an event it seems like nothing happens. No one accepts Jesus as their Savior.
The crowd is small, or the venue is not a place that people can come to the booth easily. It feels like nothing happened.
The volunteers were faithful and gave out the gospel to those they could talk to and God blessed His Word.
The tract that a person received gets read later and that person accepts Jesus in their home. A Christian stopped by and wants to become part of the SOS Events Team.
God’s Word is powerful. All God asks of us is to be faithful and obedient to tell others and He will bless His Word given out by us. The outcome is not up to us, God will use His Word to accomplish what He intended.
