King of kings

The election in the USA is still undecided after several days. However, no matter who wins this election, God is still on the throne and Jesus is king of kings and Lord of lords.
Our lives are not controlled by politics or government, but looking onto Jesus for protection, provision and prosperity..
Revelation 19:16

Lineville, Alabama

Our SOS team was in Lineville, Alabama at the Heritage Day Saturday, we had two salvations. Praise God 8 people needed assurance of their salvation.
All people who make a decision and fill out a decision card will receive a Bible Study to help them grow as Christians.
The team shared the word with over 300 people. And God is an awesome God… We love our SOS team.
1 John 1:9 – If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

SOS Events Ministry was part of the Lineville Car Show in Alabama again this year. The turn out was amazing and lives were forever changed because of the Gospel being shared with this life saving ministry. We were so blessed to have 7 people surrender their lives to Christ and these pictures can’t express the joy that was felt by these young ladies. Also 4 sisters are now precious souls added to the Kingdom of Heaven.
3 more received assurance and now they can be 100% sure they’re going to Heaven. We had so many more conversations of assurance.
God truly blessed greatly and it is always a great day to Serve Our Savior!!!

Election is Over

It is time for our Nation to show love one to another. Election in the USA has become a time of fighting and hatred.
As of this morning we still do not have the answer to who is President, but one thing is sure. God is still on the throne, and He tells us to love one another.
It is time to show love to our family, friends and neighbors no matter what their political views or who they voted for.

A Special Thanks

A special “THANK YOU” to these 4 young men who gave of their time on the weekend to work at the Curtis home and property of SOS Events Ministry.
Two important jobs were completed, railings on the ramp that goes into the home. Necessary because this is where the Senior Servants meet to get out the “Life Saving News” newsletter each month. Several of the ladies have walkers or canes, and one lady is almost blind.
The second job was to remove branches and limbs from a tree that was particularly blocking entrance to a storage shed the holds SOS Events materials for events.
Thank you, Fellowship Baptist Church for the workday to help widows and people in need. The work was appreciated.

Coronavirus has kept many people from attending church. It is very easy to get out of the habit of going to church.
Especially, since churches have been closed.
Going to church is not only important to worship God, but to fellowship with one another, and show love one to another is essential in the Christian life.
Today, if you are able and have no health issues, and your church is open, get out there and go to church. Pray for the ones that cannot attend and also pray for your pastor.
