Today, our Pastors need prayer more than ever. Some are under extreme pressure to not hold church service, others fear to preach the truth, your Pastor may be discouraged. Every Pastor has a great burden and responsibilities.
Today I want to encourage everyone who has never been on the homepage to click on it and check out the “3 Things God Can Not Do.”
There are many people from all over the world who get on this blog everyday for various reasons. Many are seeking to know more about God and salvation.
The opportunity to know how to be sure of eternal life is on the home page. Check it out!
Deuteronomy 4:29 But if from thence thou shalt seek the LORD thy God, thou shalt find him, if thou seek him with all thy heart and with all thy soul.
Ohio team, Ed and Rhonda (in the blue shirts), witnessing at a local car show on a Thursday evening. 24 people trusted Jesus as their Savior.
Stephanie Curtis, team leader, took this photo. God is blessing with opportunities as events begin to open. People need the Lord and God is bringing them in.
This team was so busy that 2 display boards were used. Nothing fancy here. The SOS Events team, with a desire to win souls and God gives the increase.
“I have planted, Apollos watered;but God gave the increase.” 1 Corinthians 3:6
Wonderful meeting with SOS Events Ministry at Eastmont Sunday! It was great to see each other and get some important upcoming events discussed as we go into the busiest season of fall events.
We were blessed to have Gary and Don train to be volunteers with SOS Ministry and look forward to working beside them in the near future. A big thank you to Dale and Dorothy Brown for hosting this meeting and training and again was great to see Zack and Rosalyn, Patty, Patricia and Carl!!
As we see from this photo, things are different with the coronavirus guidelines still in effect, however, the faithful Leaders of SOS Events move forward, preparing for the future events. Not only in Alabama but in many areas of the USA.
God will bring a great harvest of souls. We need to continue His command to witness even in difficult times. We will reap.
Galatians 6:9 – And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
The only thing between me and insanity is Jesus Christ. Pastor John Marlow
Carolyn Curtis and Alice Thomas had the opportunity to go to Bradenton yesterday to present SOS Events Ministry to the Bradenton Gospel Tabernacle. Pastor John Marlow has been the Pastor of that church for 60 years.
The goal of SOS Events is to see souls saved and the heartbeat of Pastor Marlow is evangelism.
The people were friendly and excited to hear about the “3 Things God Can Not Do”. SOS Events is looking forward to a new team in the Bradenton, Florida area in the near future.
1 Corinthians 3:9 For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building.
Remembering the brave men and women, police, firefighters and civilians who died trying to rescue the people in the towers. Also, the innocent people who thought it was just a normal workday. Adults and children alike perished.
We also need to remember the One who died for all mankind, Jesus. He is not willing for any to perish but wants to save everyone from eternal death.
For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5:7-8 | KJV
