James Dean Rod Run Car Show is over, but the lives of 134 people as Christians are just beginning.
God gave the SOS Events Team wonderful success on the weekend. Beautiful weather, great teamwork and most importantly opportunity to witness and bring others to Jesus.
Praise the Lord for His faithfulness. He is the one who draws the people to the SOS Events booth.
As we lift up the name of Jesus, He draws people to us.
And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. John 12:32
Welcome to the family! Yesterday at the James Dean Car Show in Indiana, 33 people accepted Jesus as their Savior and were born into the family of God.
All the praise and glory belongs to the Lord!
Philippians 2:11 – And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
Once again two SOS Teams come together in Indiana to set up at the James Dean Day Car Show.
Ed and Rhonda from Ohio drove 2 of their antique cars to Marion, IN. This was very successful last year. 151 people accepted Jesus as their Savior.
Carolyn, Alice and Stephanie flew in from Florida to tell others of the Love of Jesus using the 3 Things God Can Not Do.
Please pray with us that many souls will be saved in the next 3 days.

The Sunshine State Quartet will be singing at SOS Events Annual Celebration on April 6th next year.
You may think it is too early to announce the event, but this event is planned far in advance for YOU. It is a time SOS Leaders, volunteers, supporters and friends get together and rejoice over what God has done through the ministry the past year.
Plan on attending for the food, fun and fellowship. There is no cost, Everyone is welcome. Donations are appreciated.

Wednesday Evening Service at Cleveland Heights Baptist Church in Lakeland, Florida, Carolyn Curtis, Stephanie Curtis, Alice Thomas, Diana Guiliano along with the Sunshine State Quartet had the blessing of presenting SOS Events Ministry to the congregation.
Thank you, Pastor Ivey for the opportunity. This church is already active in spreading the gospel with SOS Events , however, the Pastor wanted to remind the current volunteers and encourage the rest of the congregation to witness for the Lord.
On September 30 they are having a Fall Festival where the SOS Events booth will be the first thing people attending will see. Pray souls will be saved at this event.
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. Acts 26:18
Carolyn Curtis, cofounder of SOS Events Ministry, had opportunity to present to the Ladies Fellowship at Liberty Baptist Church in Gallatin, Tennessee.
A sweet group of women listened intently as Carolyn gave her testimony and then told about the simple way of presenting the Gospel using the “3 Things God Can Not Do”.
Praying for a new team in that part of Tennessee. Two events are planned in the next month.

SOS Events Ministry focuses on prayer, especially for events. Prayer for the workers and prayer for the unsaved.
The event season has arrived! Fall festivals and events of all kinds take place in the next 10 weeks.
Please pray with us for good weather, wisdom for the workers and most of all for Salvations of people who go to events but not to church.

Labor Day Weekend! A time when people in the USA stop to honor workers. The first Monday of September is set aside to give the workers a day of rest and relaxation.
SOS Events Leaders and Volunteers are laborers in God’s fields. They work diligently to bring people to salvation through Jesus.
May God richly bless every person who works with SOS Events Ministry. Especially the Leaders and Volunteers who go to events and lead people to salvation using the “3 Things God Can Not Do”.
That includes the Senior Servants who come every month to get the Life Saving News ready to be mailed. The faithful supporters who give so the ministry. Most importantly, the people who pray for SOS Events.
Does SOS Events Ministry have Teams around the world? NO! Is the Ministry reaching the world? YES! How?
The SOS Events Website has a blog daily. Every day people from around the world read that blog and have access to God’s Word from the Website.
Some Countries most of us have never heard of, North Mariana Island in the Pacific, St Kitts, Sri Lanka, Sierra Leone, Paraguay just to name a few of the many Countries that have read the things on the Website in the last week or two.
Please pray for these people. Many of them have no other way to get the gospel than on social media. Pray the Holy Spirit will touch their hearts and they will invite Jesus to be their Savior.

Valley Forge Baptist Church hosted a Community Event recently. 23 people accepted Jesus as their Savior at the SOS Events Booth.
That has been so exciting for the church and especially the SOS Events Team members. Winning people to the Lord is the greatest joy.
