SOS Events Ministry are blessed to have young girls come to the home office to work during vacations. The girls have to be in seventh grade or older.
This year there have been six interns that have worked in the office. They learn office skills, how a ministry operates and more importantly that God blesses when they trust in Him.
School has started, so we will not have them until vacation comes around again. Will will miss them, but we will pray that they have a successful school year. Pray with us for their safety, wisdom and good health.
Colossians 1:9 – For this cause we also, since the day we heard [it], do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

As a Christian it is hard to watch the news, especially the liberal media.
The Bible tells us to love one another. Do you want to others as you would have them do unto you. What we are seeing in the news in our towns and cities is the complete opposite of what our country should be.
We need intervention from God. The only way that he’s going to heal our land is if we Christians humble ourselves and seek Him.
The coronavirus has caused many problems for Pastors. Each Pastor has many decisions to make that involve not only his family but the people in his congregation.
As the churches begin to open again, it is the Pastors responsibility to keep people safe, give everyone encouragement and most importantly preach the gospel.
Pray for your Pastor today. Tell him or send him a note to be an encouragement to him.
1 Timothy 5:17 – Let the elders that rule well be counted worthy of double honour, especially they who labour in the word and doctrine.
Romans 15:30 – Now I beseech you, brethren, for the Lord Jesus Christ’s sake, and for the love of the Spirit, that ye strive together with me in [your] prayers to God for me;
Today when we want to communicate via phone we have freedom to talk (or text) anywhere, anytime without having to be in one place to use the phone as this child in the picture. Prayer is like that. We do not have to be in a specific place only able to speak to God in church or at a designated time of day. God is always ready to hear our prayers directly without any person, place or thing. Jesus is the reason we have a direct line to God.
Please pray for a Leader of SOS Events Ministry as he goes into the hospital today for a biopsy to check for cancer. It is not a good time to be in the hospital because of the coronavirus.
Scott is not the only person in hospitals now. Many people are being treated not only for the virus but many other diseases and emergencies. God’s word tells us to pray for the sick and they will be healed. Let us pray for all those we know who are ill, but also that He will heal the land of this pandemic.
James 5:15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
