What a blessing to have 43 Salvations on Halloween Evening. Several churches in the area had activities for children to give them a safe environment instead of trick or treat in possibly unsafe neighborhoods. Dover First Baptist Church in Florida, had a Fall Festival and invited SOS Events to come and witness. God blessed with not only children but several adults and teens accepting Jesus as their Savior.
Romans 10:9 – That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

This is a photo of Diana’s front lawn at her home on Halloween. She set up for Trick or Treat and she had 14 decisions for Christ before the evening was done. Most were teenagers and a few parents who came with younger children. It is amazing what God will do with one person who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and witness for the Lord. One night and the results were more than most churches do in a year.
SOS Events has many ideas to help you make a difference in the lives of people around you. Do you make a difference in your neighborhood?

God blessed the SOS Events Ohio team with 20 Salvations this past weekend. This event was a craft fair at Genesis Village, a retirement facility in Toledo. This team was formed last summer after much prayer for volunteers. They are doing a wonderful job witnessing for the Lord at events. God blesses SOS Events Ministry with faithful Leaders and Volunteers.
Matthew 9:38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.

A special thanks to the faithful volunteers who came to work in the SOS Events booth on Saturday and Sunday at the Rattlesnake Festival in Dade City, Florida. Saturday there were tornado watches. Several tents blew away but God was good to us as nothing was damaged. There were very few (maybe 10) people who came around. God blessed with a family, a Dad and his young son accepted the Lord. Sunday was a little better with sunny skies. Everything was still in chaos, booths were set up anywhere with no organization, but again God blessed with 3 Salvations.
1 Timothy 1:12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who hath enabled me, for that he counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry;

At an event recently, a woman saw the SOS Events display board with a little red tag in the corner. She was so excited. In 2004, Tom and Carolyn Curtis went to her church to present the ministry and she never for got the “3 Things God Can Not Do”. When she realized that Carolyn was the one that was talking to her, she went to get her husband and 3 friends meet the cofounder of the ministry. All 5 of them have the desire to become a new team with SOS Events. An answer to prayer 15 years after meeting. We never know when our sowing will bear fruit.
Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

About one year ago, Diana, SOS Events office manager, noticed new neighbors moving in down the road from the office. She stopped to welcome them and proceeded to tell them about Jesus. The grandmother with several of her grandchildren made decisions to follow Jesus. Time passed and nothing seemed to happen. But…on Saturday Diana got a call from this grandmother asking if her adult son could visit Diana’s church. Sunday morning David did go to church, the Pastor led him to the Lord. He was back in church Sunday night and yesterday stopped by the office with his 10 year old son, Daveion. Diana not letting an opportunity pass, led Daveion to the Lord.
Pastor, soul winner, SOS Events volunteers do not get discouraged. Be faithful in witnessing and God will bless in His timing.
