It is hard to stay positive with all the news that is swirling around us. Killing all over the world, wars, rumors of wars, crazy weather patterns, decisions from courts that are not biblical, good is called evil and evil is called good.
The Bible tells us that this will happen and we are seeing it now. The solution for the individual: turn to the only true answer for peace of mind and heart JESUS. JESUS is the answer.
If you do not have Him as your personal Savior go to the home page and scroll down to the “3 Things God Can Not Do” follow all the instructions through the ABC’s and go to the prayer, sincerely ask forgiveness and repent of all your sins. Jesus will become your Savior and walk with you from that moment on.
If you do that we request that you then fill out the decision card and SOS Events will sent you free Bible studies so you can begin your new life with Christ.
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt gconfess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved
We like to be in control of everything in our lives. Fear comes when we are in a situation that we can do nothing about. That is where some of us are right now.
On a prayer list from a group of Christians were many requests. Illness of a family member, unrest in our Country, loss of jobs and many other concerns.
That is where faith is important. God is in control. He knows what we are going through. Sickness, death, uncertainty. Now is the time to turn to Him for peace, comfort and most of all trust.
Proverbs 3:5&6 Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.
1 Corinthians 3:12-15 Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; Every man’s work shall be made manifest:for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man’s work of what sort it is. If any man’s work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. If any man’s work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss:but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire.
“We are too busy to pray, and so we are too busy to have power. We have a great deal of activity, but we accomplish little; many services but few conversions; much machinery but few results.” ~R.A. Torrey
Most Christians fall into this category today, unfortunately. In our churches we see very few conversions, in ministry there are few people that are willing to spend even three or four hours a week or even a month to go to the marketplace to witness to the lost. Someday we will be judged for what we have done for The Lord.
Will we hear “Well done” or will our works be counted as wood hay and stubble and be cast into the fire? When we stand before Him, will our excuse be, “I was too busy”? The is always room for dedicated Christians to Serve Our Savior with SOS Events. All it takes is a email info@sosevents.org.
SOS Events Ministry at the Ranburne Rodeo Friday night.
This Little fella came up holding his tract and just hopped up in the chair and looked at David like hey explain this to me :
This was the first time they had had this rodeo in this location. June in Alabama is super hot and dry. Reminded me of the scripture about sowing seeds on rocky ground and that’s just what we did.
We spoke to over 100 people at the “3 Things God Cannot Do”board.
So we plant seeds, someone else waters and God gives the increase. Sharing the Gospel is what we are called to do and we will keep on going for the Glory of God.
6And when the sun was up, they were scorched; and because they had no root, they withered away. 7And some fell among thorns; and the thorns sprung up, and choked them: 8But other fell into good ground, and brought forth fruit, some an hundredfold, some sixtyfold, some thirtyfold. 9Who hath ears to hear, let him hear.Matthew 13:6-9

An answer to prayer. For many years prayer has been going up to God for the Lockport, New York area. A new SOS team has been added.
On Sunday, which was also Father’s Day, eleven people from West Somerset Baptist Church stayed after the morning service to be trained to go out to win people to the Lord at events.
Thank you Pastor Scott Walker for the opportunity to have a training on this special day.
Please join with the SOS Events staff as we pray for this new Team. They have at least 2 upcoming events planned and hope to have many more before the summer and fall season ends.
Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: 2 Thessalonians 3:1
This man’s wife said she has been trying to get her husband saved for years and wants him to go to church with her and their two smaller children. She was extremely happy when he made the decision to receive the Lord as his Savior tonight!!
God answers prayer. The SOS Events Team in Ohio is rejoicing that they could be a part of this husband’s salvation. Not only him but 18 more made decisions to follow Jesus.
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him. 1 John 5:14,15
A little Christian humor to lift you spirit and cause a smile.
A kindergarten teacher was walking around observing her classroom of children while they were drawing pictures. As she got to one girl who was working diligently, she asked what the drawing was.
The girl replied, “I’m drawing God.”
The teacher paused and said, “But no one knows what God looks like.”
Without looking up from her drawing, the girl replied, “They will in a minute.”
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? John 14:9
The Jesus is the Life Saver. The only way to Eternal Life!
Christian, we have the answer to the question, “What can a person do to have everlasting life?”
It is the gospel, Jesus died on the cross, was buried and 3 days later He arose. He was the sacrifice for our sins. Accept Him and you will have eternal life.
Are you telling others of this wonderful news?
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:23
