May God Bless You Today!

Today in the USA is a Holiday that celebrates the people who work. The everyday people, farmers, electricians, truck drivers, factory workers, secretaries, waiters and all occupations. Our Country runs on the everyday laborers.

There is another group of people who deserve recognition today. That is the laborers who work to get out the Gospel to people who do not know the Lord.

Pastors, teachers, soul winners and anyone who is a witness for Jesus.

A special thank you to all the laborers who work with SOS Events. The Board of Directors, Office Staff, Trainers, Team Leaders, Volunteers and Senior Servant ladies. May God give each of you a wonderful day today and many blessings in the future.

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:58

SOS Events Needs You!

SOS Events needs you!

Where: Wherever there are events SOS Events needs to be there.

When: All year depending on weather and events in your area.

Why: People need the Lord. You are needed to witness to them.

How: SOS Events will train and equip you to lead people to the Lord in a non confrontational, simple method.

Who: Everyone who is a Christian, God called to be a witness. It is our responsibility to tell others about Jesus. He is the only way to have eternal life.

“Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.” Isaiah 43:10

Perrysburg Ohio Car Show

On Friday evenings in the summer the Ohio SOS Events Team goes to the Perrysburg Car Show.

This year has been a record year for this Team. Ed and Rhonda along with their son needs new volunteers to expand to other parts of Ohio.

They also take their 2 classic cars to the James Dean Days in Indiana each year. (Volunteers needed here also)

This small SOS Event Team has been able to bring hundreds of people to the Lord. They keep it simple. Just the car, a display board, a small table and a clip board is all they need to be effective witnesses.

Come and join them if you live in the Toledo area. Others keep them in your prayers.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.  Mark 15:16

Joyful Celebration!

What a wonderful day in Pennsylvania recently at Valley Forge Baptist Church Summerfest celebrating the 40th anniversary of this church.

SOS Events Team was there and 4 people accepted Jesus as their Savior. That is something worth celebrating also!

Please pray for these new Christians and the continued blessings on the growing church.

These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full. John 5:11

Ohio Car Show!

July 8, 2024

Another successful evening at the Perrysburg Car Show in Ohio. Wonderful photo from this event. As you can see, people of all ages and different walks of life come and listen to the gospel.

God blessed with 17 decisions from people who accepted Jesus as their Savior.

The gospel message is: the death of Jesus on the cross, His burial, and 3 days later He arose. He paid the penalty for all our sins if we accept Him as our Savior.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15

July 4th Celebration, Plant City, Florida

God once again blessed the SOS Events Team, in Florida on 4th of July.

There were 10 decisions to accept Jesus as Savior.

A special Thank You to the SOS volunteers who give their time on a Holiday to Serve Our Savior. They go to events even when it is extremely hot and uncomfortable.

They go not for rewards but for their love for Jesus and a desire to see others know Him as Savior too.

And he said to them, “Go into all the world and proclaim the gospel to the whole creation. Mark 16:15

The Main Thing!

Jesus commands every Christian to be a fisher of men.(Women and children also)

Unsure of how to present the Gospel in a non confrontational way?

SOS Events can teach you how to witness by asking a simple question, “Do you know the 3 Things GOD Can Not Do?”

Follow Jesus by doing the main thing. Tell others how to know for sure they are going to Heaven.

SOS Events Around The World

Does SOS Events Ministry have Teams around the world? NO! Is the Ministry reaching the world? YES! How?

The SOS Events Website has a blog daily. Every day people from around the world read that blog and have access to God’s Word from the Website.

Some Countries most of us have never heard of, North Mariana Island in the Pacific, St Kitts, Sri Lanka, Sierra Leone, Paraguay just to name a few of the many Countries that have read the things on the Website in the last week or two.

Please pray for these people. Many of them have no other way to get the gospel than on social media. Pray the Holy Spirit will touch their hearts and they will invite Jesus to be their Savior.

And He said unto them, go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15

Get Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Are you content to go to church once or twice a week? Maybe you think telling others about Jesus is the Pastor’s job.

You have an excuse, I’m too old, I’m too young, I’m too busy, I have too many responsibilities.

God tells us in His Word that we are to GO and TELL. It is not a suggestion, it is a command.

Maybe you have fear of rejection or you do not know how to witness.

SOS Events has an effective way of witnessing that is simple, not hard to learn and is effective and we can help you.

SOS Events will supple you with the knowledge and venue to become a soul winner.

Flea Market In Plant City, Florida

SOS Events is blessed to have faithful volunteers who give their time and energy to Serve Our Savior at the Flea Market in Plant City on Wednesdays.

This week one person accepted Jesus as his Savior.

Sometimes there are many who come to Jesus, other times one or maybe no one on that day.

The volunteers go witness. 1Thessalonians expresses their dedication.
