This is a page from a church hymnal. Many churches today do not use hymnals anymore, they project the words on a screen. New technology is good as long as we don’t forget that music is to worship the King of kings and Lord of lords, Jesus.
Today when you go to church worship the Lord by singing from your heart.
Are the words you sing truly honoring Him or do they just make you feel good?
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. Colossians 3:16
Church is important. Gathering together as a group of believers is important.
Encouragement from the Word and other believers is important. I’m not sure where you are today. Maybe you are tired…be renewed at church. Maybe you are depressed…be uplifted at church. Maybe you are discouraged by the church itself…be reconciled at church. Maybe you have lost your way…be directed at church. Church…
Christ died for it. It’s important. Be thankful. You have a choice of church today. Some people do not have a church they have a choice to attend. You do. Be thankful. Go to church. It’s important.

As America celebrates Memorial Day, we pay tribute to those who have given their lives in our nation’s wars.
This is not just a weekend to have a picnic or party with friends and relatives, but a time to remember we are free in America because of the men and women who have fought and some died to give us that freedom.
Take time in your busy schedule to pray for our troops and if you have someone in the service call, message or text them to thank them for there service.

What do you do when things don’t go right in your life?
Today if you look at our website, something is wrong. For some reason it is not looking like it is supposed to look. The heading is gone and it is a mess.
The problem is, we don’t know how to fix it. However, there are people who do have the knowledge to make it right. We will call them and the problem should be fixed soon.
In life we face problems, too. We don’t know how to fix them but we have a Heavenly Father who is waiting for us to call on Him. God is the only one who can fix a broken heart, take away sin, and give us peace in the time of trouble. Today, call on Him with any problem you have.
This question was answered in the Bible when Sarah was told in her old age she was to have a child. Sarah laughed.
Sarah did have a child when she was 90 years old and her husband was 100. The child was named Isaac, which means laughter.
Is anything to hard for God? No. The story of Sarah should give us hope and assurance when we are going through things in our lives that seem impossible. Nothing is impossible with God.
