Asking Jesus to be your Savior is just the beginning of the Christian life. That is why SOS Events Ministry sends every new convert Bible studies and gives their names to a local church. Newborn Christians need proper care to grow.
Great day under the SOS Events Ministry tent at the Kymulga Grits Festival in Childersburg!
We started the day at a vending spot at the very back row of the festival and had to remember that God was in complete control and would bring the ones He had planned for us to witness to.
This precious mom and her 3 kids were so happy to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior just look at their smiles !!
A little while later Logan came back and heard the Gospel message and gave his life to Jesus
We had so many great conversations and prayed with several people that needed some encouragement. 2 more people after hearing scripture shared were happy to receive assurance and now know they are 100 % sure they are going to Heaven. We are so greatful to be a part of this life saving ministry and to be able to Serve Our Savior.

A message from Ann at the Plant City Flea Market. “A family came by the booth this morning and shared that they had gotten saved through the Flea Market ministry a few years ago and now attend church. They were Hispanic. So encouraging!”

You are chosen. God the Creator loved you so much that He chose you.
Have you accepted Jesus as your Savior? That is how we complete this promise. Then He wants us to go and tell others.
Why is it important to study God’s Word? The Bible gives us the answer in one verse.
SOS Events offers a wonderful opportunity on the website to study with Porter Barrington’s Bible study. If you have not done this study it is a good place to start.
Sometimes in life we feel trapped. Maybe it is an illness, boring job or even with your spouse or some destructive habit you cannot quit.
The Bible tells us there is an answer. Jesus will set you free.
He will not necessarily remove the illness or give you a new Job, but He will bring you peace and comfort in the situation.
A marriage that is falling apart. He can bring it back together if both partners put Him first.
And that bad habit, give it to Him and He will remove the desire.
The key to any problem is putting Jesus first in your life. It sounds simple but it takes a life of commitment to Him. He loves you and wants to set you free.
What do you need? Strength, healing, money, job, spouse, answer to prayer? Everyone has a need of some kind.
Even when everything is going well we still have needs in our lives, the good news is that God can supply all our needs if we will trust Him with our problems.
The key to this verse is Jesus. Only through Jesus can all of our needs be met.
