Alice Thomas has been a volunteer with SOS for several years and now The Lord has called her to come full time as a missionary with the ministry. She will be working in the office when needed, train new workers, present the ministry at churches and work with a team at various events to win people to The Lord. Today she will lead the team at the Farmers Market in Plant City, Florida. Please pray for her as her responsibilities increase with SOS. Today pray for a harvest of souls in Plant City. Most of the attendees are
Hispanics and Alice and team speak English only so it is a challenge every Wednesday but God can do the impossible.

And Jesus looking upon them saith, With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.

“Forgive your enemies, it will mess with their mind.”
This is a quote from a church sign. Catchy but true. The Bible tells us to forgive and also do something good for your enemies.
The best thing we can do is pray for them, the next is to witness to them in a simple non confrontational way.
SOS asks this question, ” Do you know the 3 things God cannot do.”
Simple, thought provoking and an easy way to witness even to your enemies.
On our home page are 2 training videos that will help you. Sign in to watch them.
Matthew 5:44
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

“Jesus made everything so simple and we have made it so complicated. He spoke to the people in short sentences and everyday words, illustrating His messages with never-to-be forgotten stories.”
Billy Graham
SOS Events method of winning people to The Lord follow the simple way that Jesus used to bring people to salvation.
The “3 Things God Can Not Do” is simple, short and easy to understand by people of all ages. Also, we go where the crowds gather, fairs, flea markets, yard sales, wherever there are people. It works. In 13 years over 40,000 decisions have been recorded.
There is always room for more soul winners. You can learn this simple way and SOS can supply everything you need to get started.

Jesus walked the earth for forty days and was seen by many to prove to them that He was alive and everything that He had told them is true. Then He ascended into Heaven. This is not the end of the story, Jesus is coming again!! It may be today.
Time is short and we must be about the Lord’s business of witnessing and winning souls to Him.
Acts 1:11
Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

Jesus is dead. All hope is gone. The disciples, Joseph of Aramethia, the many women who followed Him, prepared to go on with life without Him. The rulers still feared Him and ordered the grave to be guarded.
These people, human like we are, had various emotions the day Jesus died and the 3 days following. Lack of faith, we might think.
What would we have done? Probably the same thing. But wait! Morning is coming!
As we wait for tomorrow, let us meditate on Jesus and the great sacrifice He gave for us, so we can be saved.
Hebrews 2:9
But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

Pilate, Roman Governor and judge, a man who was sent to keep peace in Judea. He ruled with an iron hand.
When Jesus was brought before him, he knew that Jesus had done no wrong but to pacify the people Pilate sentenced Jesus to death by crucifixion.
Then thinking he could justify his action he washed his hands.
What is popular is not always right and what is right is not always popular.
Following the crowd can lead to serious trouble and like Pilate, trying to wash it away will not take away the consequences of sin, only Jesus can do that.
We can learn lessons from examples from men like Pilate. Do not be like him and follow the crowd.
Matthew 27:24
When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person:see ye to it.

Saturday is a busy day for staff and volunteers at SOS Events. Today there is the weekly Flea Market in Auburndale, a big Egg Hunt at a large church in Fishhawk (1500) expected, a huge yearly yard sale at another church and many other events all around the country.
You can be a partner with SOS today by joining us in prayer for the various events. Pray that The Lord will draw people to the SOS booth, that the ones listening to the presentation will have the conviction of the Holy Spirit, and then that they will yield to that calling and be saved, also, that every convert will fill out a decision card so that we can send them a Bible study and they can begin to grow in Christ.
Please pray as soon as you read this, God will hear and answer as that is His desire to see souls saved.
2 Corinthians 1:11
Ye also helping together by prayer for us, that for the gift bestowed upon us by the means of many persons thanks may be given by many on our behalf.
