Yesterday, SOS Events Cofounder, Carolyn Curtis, had opportunity to present SOS Events Ministry to Women Empowering Business group. Lilli won the drawing for the book “101 Salvation Stories”. This is a networking venue and a great way to promote SOS Events, But also to share the gospel with business women in this area.

Congratulations to David and Vicki Dow. They were married on Valentines Day. David is the one who makes all SOS Events display boards and oversees property management. May God bless them with a long happy marriage.

Alice Thomas and Diana Guiliano are a vital part of SOS Events Ministry. Alice (left) is the Communication Director. She does most of the phone calling, correspondence and scheduling of all events. Finding events and securing a booth space is a constant activity for Alice. She records all decisions, workers, and trainings. She is a missionary with SOS Events, is a weekly soul winner at Plant City Flea Market and much more.
Diana (right) is secretary/ treasurer of SOS Events, on the Board of Directors, office manager, trainer and event worker. Her responsibilities are many. She takes care of the finances, records all donations, works with the accountant to make sure that all legal government documents are filed properly. She also receives all email and makes sure messages get to the proper person. She collects regular mail and does all he banking for SOS Events.
Both these women keep SOS Events Ministry running smoothly. They do many things beyond their “job description”. This picture is a great example, they are at the Annual Meeting demonstrating how to present the “3 Things God Can Not Do” and the ABC’s of Salvation. SOS Events are blessed to have these 2 Godly women as part of the ministry.

The 2nd Annual Meeting of SOS Events Ministry took place, yesterday and was a great success. God has blessed this growing ministry with a great Board of Directors. Dale Brown, Carolyn Curtis, Cofounder, William Slater, Diana Guiliano, Secretary/treasurer, and Mike Cominski. Each one of these Board Members has a important role in the success and growth of SOS Events.

This photo was taken at SOS Events Annual Meeting last year. About 35 people attended. Today is the second Annual Meeting and over 75 people have registered. Over double from last year. God is blessing SOS Events with new people and new opportunities. Please pray for a great meeting and God’s continued blessings and that He will expand our coast as He did Jabez.
1 Chronicles 4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
Today, a special thank you to everyone who comes and works on the SOS Events property to make it beautiful and safe. If we mentioned names we would be sure to leave someone out, so just a big thank you to everyone who takes time from their busy schedules to help. A few of the blessings, a new sidewalk, landscaping, cleanup after a storm that left debris everywhere. Some of you come when you know there is a need, others come immediately when there is an emergency, like a broken water line or electricity problems, others have a schedule, once a week or once a month. All of you are appreciated. Some people can not volunteer physically but give financially, which is always helpful because it takes money for supplies for up keep on the property. If you would like to be a blessing to SOS Events, we can always use your help.

Most of the USA to the north of Florida is having cold weather, in Florida the days are sunny and warm. This past weekend, SOS Events had a booth at the Pigz in Z’Hills. An annual event that featured all kinds of food and fun.
In the picture above are four young people who trusted Jesus as their Savior. In the center is Alice, SOS Events Event Coordinator. She also, works most Events, schedules workers and keeps up correspondence with the many churches and volunteers. When anyone calls the main office it is usually Alice who answers the phone. What a blessing to have faithful workers, especially when they have a heart for winning souls to Christ.
Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
Sunday School isn’t just for kids. It is a time when we can learn more about Jesus and Christian living. We have opportunity to get to know people better and make lasting friendships. Don’t send your kids to Sunday School. Go with them and join in a class where you can grow in Christ.
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
