Rejoice!

This Bible verse is one that can get you through all kinds of trials.

The secret is in the word Will. We will rejoice. It is a decision. Decide to rejoice no matter what!

If you are depressed, sick, have a burden, find one thing that the Lord has done and rejoice in that. It may be a simple as seeing a butterfly or hearing bird calls in the morning. A beautiful sunrise or sunset, whatever you can find to thank the Lord for will bring you comfort in any situation.

You will be surprised that soon your problem will seem small when compared to what God has done. He loves you and wants to comfort you. Choose to rejoice today!

Fellowship!

At our church, Fellowship 301, we have been challenged to get out of our comfort zone and meet new people.

On Friday I did that. I determined to do something I had not done before so I went to Joy Fellowship luncheon. That is a group of senior citizens who get together for fun and fellowship.

What a blessing, new people, new friends and some great Christian conversations.

On Saturday, a women’s meeting at another church where the opportunity to discuss the Bible principles with Kathy who I had never met before.

We as Christians need one another. Think of ways you can get out of your comfort zone. Go to a gathering you have never been to before, invite someone to lunch, visit with your neighbor.

The blessing will be yours., especially if you reach out to a person who is not saved.

But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 1John 1:7

A Precious Photo!

This photo says many things without words.

Families together having a good time at an event. (They even bring the dog) The young child who is listening with great interest. Hearing about the “3 Things God Can Not Do.”

An SOS Events volunteer telling people about Jesus and how they can be 100% sure they are on the way to Heaven.

There is no need for fancy displays or even a booth to have people come because it is the Lord that draws the ones who are ready to hear.

Thank the Lord for the 6 souls that came to know Jesus at the car show in Ohio on Friday evening! All the praise goes to Him.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Romans 10:17

Ohio Car Show Salvations

Ed and Rhonda went to the Car Show again on Friday evening and God blessed with 10 salvations.

SOS Events Ministry is blessed to have this couple as well as many others who obey God’s command to go into the highways to give people the plan of salvation.

And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. Luke 14:23

God Made Today! Rejoice!

There have been days that I have not felt like rejoicing. During times of illness of myself or loved ones. When my spouse went home to be with the Lord! Grief.

But, God’s Word tells us to rejoice. Is it possible in difficult circumstances. Yes, if we have a true relationship with the Lord Jesus, He gives us the ability to rejoice in our hearts.

Do we shed tears? Of course, but we have a Savior that gives us inner joy and peace through the most trying times.

So today, if you are having a good day or a difficult day, stop, rejoice and thank the Lord for His blessings.

13 Salvations at a Car Show in Ohio

Once again God blessed Ed and Rhonda at a car sho in Ohio last night. 13 precious souls made decisions to follow Jesus as their Savior.

The Necklace

Carolyn had lost her necklace that Tom had given her for a wedding gift. After searching everywhere she feared the necklace had been lost on a trip they took to Tennesee. She was upset about loosing this special gift and told her daughter of the loss.

Beka, Carolyn’s granddaughter, who was only about 3 years old, heard about it she decided to pray that Grandma’s neck-a-lace would be found.

Carolyn was resting and looked in the full length mirror in the motor home where she lived, and saw a shiny reflection on the floor against the bed. The area had been vacuumed and nothing had been there there, but looking closer, there it was. The prized necklace. Immediately she called Beka to thank her for her prayers. The neck-a-lace had been found. Once again God answered a child’s prayer.

Jeremiah 29:12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you

God Brought the Increase

Praise the Lord for 92 salvations in Lockport, New York at the Niagara County Fair.

There were many obstacles to overcome during the week. 4 of the SOS Events Team got sick. One had to go to the eye doctor, got stung by a bee and had a fall that injured her foot.

Sometimes it is not easy to work for the Lord to bring people to trust Jesus as their Savior, but God always blesses when we are obedient to go and tell.

But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it. Luke 11:28

God is Blessing in Lockport, New York

August 4, 2022

The SOS Events Team who came together in Lockport, NY were blessed on the first day of the Niagara County Fair with 17 people who trusted Jesus as their Savior.

Please pray that the next 4 days will have even more souls saved and on their way to Heaven.

Also, pray for a man who would not surrender to the Lord. He was just not ready. Pray that the Holy Spirit will convict him and he will have a change of heart.

Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12
