To all the Dads. Happy Father’s Day. May God bless you with wisdom, strength and knowledge to be the best father to your children.
Today is a day we honor our fathers. If you are blessed to have your Dad still here on earth, honor him today with a phone call, card, gift or just tell him I love you.
Maybe your father was not in your life and that makes you sad or resentful. I have good news for you. You have a Heavenly Father who is perfect and He loves you with an unconditional love.
O-Deer Diner in Perrysburg, Ohio has a Car Show every Friday night in the summer. What a wonderful opportunity for SOS Events Team to go to witness at this event.

We never know what a day will bring forth. Our lives can be changed in a matter of minutes.
We may get good news. The announcement of a new baby in the family, acceptance of a loan for a new home or automobile. Cancer in remission.
A doctor may give us some heartbreaking news, an accident, sudden death of a loved one.
Whatever we are facing good or bad there is one thing that we need to do into any situation and that is having complete trust in God.
In the good times give Him praise. In the frightening times trust Him.
God loves us with a love so great that He sent His only Son, Jesus, into the world, to die on the cross and be resurrected so we could have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
When we accept Jesus as your Savior, we are God’s child and his heir.
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God, Romans 8:16
God does not see any of our sins. Our sin is blotted out by the blood of Jesus.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. I John 1:9
God will supply all our needs. He gives good gifts to His children.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19
There are many more verses in the Bible thar tells us how much God thinks of us and many promises that we can rely on, but only if we are His child.

SOS Events has another regular event every 2 weeks in Plant City. It is a Food Distribution on Saturday morning.
God blessed The SOS Events team with 2 salvations this past Saturday. The SOS Events Team Leader was Stephanie Curtis.

Just as we pack for a trip, there are things we need to “pack” on our journey toward Heaven.
The first and most important is Salvation. Being saved is our ticket, and without it we cannot enter. Prayer, Faith, Love Joy, Patience, Goodness, Truth, Service, Witnessing and Forgiveness. (you may think of a few more) are needed for our trip.
In this picture is a cat which cannot be taken and on our life’s journey we need to leave out things also, Hate, Lying, Gossip, Pride and Disobedience are a few. As you prepare for Heaven, what are you “packing” to be ready?

Connie Burlison, SOS Events Leader and Trainer from Alabama counsels 4 teens to accept Jesus at the SunDrop Fest in Pulaski, TN on June 11. Several area churches make up the SOS Events of North Alabama Event Evangelism to share the gospel at events. Individuals can be trained to join the team at EHBC. church and new members are welcome. Thirteen salvations were recorded at the Pulaski event.

This picture shows us how we can love our neighbor and work together in our communities.
Loving our neighbor is not a suggestion, it is a command. Today, find someone next door, in a public place or wherever you are to be kind and show Jesus’ love to them.
Proverbs 3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
Proverbs 11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.
If you have trusted Jesus as your Savior your sins are forgiven. What a wonderful Bible promise.
