Count Your Blessings And Be Thankful!
November 24, 2025
When you stop to count your blessings and see what God has done in your life you can’t help but be thankful.
Today stop and count your blessings. We have so much to be thankful for, so many blessings that God has given us.
This is the week of Thanksgiving, but we shouldn’t be thankful just one day a year. Every day, God gives us blessings.
They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness. Lamentations 3:23
Today’s Verse About Thankfulness
November 22, 2025
Prayer is the key to having a thankful heart. The more we pray and see God’s answers, the more thankful we become.
The Bible is full of God’s promises, As we read His Word, pray in His will, we can’t help but be thankful for all He does for us.
Watch is also a word in this verse. Sometimes we need to sit back and watch what God will do. His answer is not always immediate.
Pray, watch, wait and be thankful.
Thankful For SOS Events Supporting Pastors!
October 19, 2025
SOS Events is blessed to have several supporting churches. Many support with finances and prayer. Others support in different ways. They welcome SOS Events Teams to participate in their “churchyard” events without cost and provide canopies, table and chairs.
Every church and every Pastor of these churches have SOS Events thanks and appreciation. On Sundays prayers go up to God for them individually. May every Pastor be filled with Holy Spirit Power as they preach. May they have wisdom and love for the people as they listen to the sermon. May souls be saved today!
Thank you Pastors! God bless you today!

Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13
Do You Have A Difficult Time Praising God?
November 15, 2024
Sometimes, it is hard to thank God for a difficult situation. Maybe it’s illness, need for employment, loss of a loved one, or something else that’s beyond your control.
God tells us in his word that we need to give thanks for every situation. we often wonder “why”.
God’s Word is true. If you don’t feel like telling Him thank you, do it anyway. He knows your heart. He loves obedience.
It may be a long time before you understand why, but God is faithful and He will bless you for your obedience.
Thank You!

Thankful For Pastor Mike Grover
October 13, 2024
Today I want to thank Pastor Grover, lead Pastor of Fellowship Church in Thonotosassa, Florida. He reached out to his congregation to help with anything people need in the aftermath of the hurricane, Milton.
My property, especially the SOS Events Office had multiple trees and debris everywhere. The volunteers from the church came and got as much as could be done to help get access to the buildings and the cars that were covered with trees and branches. There is still much work to be done, but what a wonderful show of love and care from this Pastor and the other Pastors and volunteers from Fellowship.
Thank you who are still volunteering to help everyone who has a need at this time.
Pray for the Pastors in your community today. They go through the same trials in life that we do, but also have the weight of all their congregations to deal with. Thanks to their families who have to share the burdens, most of the time they are left to deal with it as their husbands leave to help others.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. 1 Corinthians 15:58
A Bible Verse For You!

Who Jesus Is!
June 21, 2024
This verse we usually associate with Christmas. However, think about it.
A Child is given. That Child is Jesus. The verse describes who Jesus is. Wonderful, Counselor, mighty God, everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
He is so much more than that. He is our Savior, Shepherd, Guide, Protector and so much more.
Today, praise Jesus for who He is to you.
The precious verses that we only use at Christmas or Easter are verses to be read and cherished all year long.
