This has been a busy week for SOS Events Ministry. The Wednesday Flea Market in Plant City, Fl had 7 Salvation this week. This is a weekly event and a special thanks to the team who are faithful to go. They set up before sunrise and witness in all kinds of weather. Tonight, tomorrow and throughout the next week multiple events are taking place. Please pray for souls to be saved and workers to be filled with the Holy Spirit.
1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

The results of this weekend and recent events are pouring into the home office of all the people who made decisions at SOS Events booths in several States. A special thank you to all the volunteers who give of their time. Many work several days or weekends in a row, giving up time with family and friends to witness for the Lord. This is the busiest season for SOS Events and these faithful volunteers work tirelessly to see people get saved. Please pray for these workers. The season for many events still has a few weeks to go.
Galatians 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

SOS Events has a booth at many events. Recently the home office received requests for a display board from Louisiana and North Carolina. There are no SOS Events teams in either State. When asked how they heard of SOS Events, both said they picked up a tract at an event where they were visiting. These two new places may start a huge team effort to win souls where previously there was no witness at events. Pray the Holy Spirit will cause a “big spiritual fire” from the “little spark”, which was the tract handed out at an event. We never know what one little thing will cause big things to happen.

This is a wonderful photo of one of SOS Events Workers at an event. The compassion for this little girl on his face as he explains the “3 Things God Can Not Do” is worth 1000 words. The little girl’s concentration as she listens to him is self explanatory. At every event that SOS Events participants in our volunteers are explaining the gospel to boys, girls, men and women of all ages. God gives the increase. Every weekend in October there are multiple events and we covet your prayers for SOS Events Workers and the people who stop and listen to be saved. (Note: all children must have parents permission to go back to the soul winning table)

Stephanie Curtis and Connie set up a SOS Events booth at the Apple Dumpling Festival in Delta, Ohio on Saturday. 9 people were saved. Praise the Lord!!! This Ohio Team is just getting started and Christians in the Toledo area would be blessed to join with them to win people to the Lord at events. Day 1 of 11: SOS Events at Fair with 17 decisions for Christ (9 salvations and 8 assurances). 4 others weren’t quite ready and we are praying for and following up with all of them. Also had 4 Pastors take pastor packets wanting to get their church trained on SOS. Praise the Lord! Thank you for volunteering Kathy Royal, Jessica Fleming, Carl Norton and leader Patty Mills. Shout out to Cindy McDonald for already starting on follow up! Great 1st night – 10 to go. Keep praying! @ Alabama National Fair. God gives the increase.

SOS Events Ministry focuses on prayer, especially for events. Prayer for the workers and prayer for the unsaved. The event season has arrived! Fall festivals and events of all kinds take place in the next 5 weeks. Please pray with us for good weather, wisdom for the workers and most of all for Salvations of people who go to events but not to church. Upcoming events in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee and more. Please join with us in prayer if you cannot join with us in person. Also, pray that YOU will be the worker that God uses to get out the gospel.
Luke 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

On Saturday was a good time of fellowship when several of SOS Events Senior Servants gathered together to have this photo taken at the Birthday Party in honor of Sarah’s 80th Birthday. Her family held a surprise party at her church. SOS Events is not only a ministry to serve the Lord but the friendships that have developed over the years are one of the many blessings God gives when we serve Him.
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.
