Checking out each day of the week has been a blessing. The photos and reminders of God’s goodness in creating days for us to enjoy. Everyday is a blessing from God and we can choose to rejoice or not. On this Sunday let us worship Him and thank Him for the time we have to spend with family and friends.
Psalms 145:2 Every day will I bless thee; and I will praise thy name for ever and ever.
Thursday is a great day to Praise the Lord for His blessings. Also, today the precious Senior Servants come to help SOS Events get out the Newsletter. We are thankful for these ladies who come the first Thursday of every month to help us. What are you thankful fo today?

Wednesday is always a blessed day for SOS Events Ministry, because it’s a soul winning day. Praying your day will be blessed too and you are praising the Lord.

This week we are going to praise God for each day. His Creation took seven days and every day is a blessing.
Psalms 118:24 This is the day which the Lord hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it.
Psalms 70:4 Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: and let such as love thy salvation say continually, Let God be magnified.
Sometimes, we forget to thank God for all the things that he does for us all the time. Things like keeping us safe when we travel, giving us food and shelter and all of our needs. We don’t think about the little daily things until something happens and we don’t have them anymore. People that have lost their homes because of disaster, like fires or floods. Lost love ones, through sickness, accident or old age. Today, let us look around and see all the things that we have. And praise God for all the little things.
Psalms 104:33 I will sing unto the Lord as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being.
The First Annual SOS Events Florida Meeting was a great success. Our thanks to Gapway Baptist Church for the wonderful meeting space. The room is spacious and the kitchen well-equipped. Those who attended had a good time. We were challenged by our newest board member, William Slater. There were several Great testimonies from team members of what SOS Events Ministry means to them. The food was good, we were able to get acquainted with some team members we had not met before, and there were several prize drawings. The object of the meeting was to get instructions and excitement for winning souls in 2018. SOS Events would like to make this even better next year by having all our team members, past and present, from all over the USA to come and join the Florida team in February 2019. The date to be announced soon. (The following verse is meant for church attendance but it is used today to encourage us to meet together and help get excited to win more souls to the Lord.)
Hebrews 10:25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
Today if you are reading this blog before noon, you are on SOS Events old website. After 12 it is our new and improved website. (Isn’t that what advertisers tell us when they change a product?). Check out the website later in the day or tomorrow. It will be much faster to get to the blog and you will find it easier to navigate. Weather was cold (for Florida), crowd was down, but we Praise the Lord for the one soul that decided to trust Christ at the Raising Cane Festival on Saturday. Sometimes we think it’s about the numbers but Heaven rejoices over one person who gets saved and we do too.
Luke 15:10 Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.
