We think what we do will get us to Heaven, but it’s not what we do, it’s what Jesus did when he died on the cross. He paid the price for ALL our sin.
Nothing we do, all our “good” work will never be enough to have our sin forgiven.
We owe everything to Him. When we work doing something for Him, it is out of gratitude and our love for Jesus. It does not count to get us to Heaven. Only trusting in Jesus alone will give us eternal life.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast

These ladies dedication is appreciated. Senior Servants started over 10 years ago. The 3 ladies who were our first Senior Servants have gone home to be with the Lord, however, many more ladies have volunteered over the years. If everyone comes there are 24 faithful ladies who help get out the newsletter each month.

What can we do now? Pray for those who are hurting that you know personally. Pray for families who have lost loved ones in the military. Pray for our leaders in government that have to make decisions. Pray for the Lord to give you peace and comfort.

Trusting Jesus gives us entrance into the very presence of God. Jesus is KING of kings and LORD of lords.
