As Christians we need to have compassion for one another. To our fellow Christians and also to the unsaved.

We will never win the lost by being unkind, rude or unforgiving to them or to our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Others are watching our actions, our speech and even our tone of voice. Courtesy and love to our spouses, children and others is the key to the peace and joy in our homes, workplace and family gatherings.

The unsaved that are watching will then want what we have and we can share the love of Jesus and His forgiveness.

The Bible tells us to pray for one another. Today we ask for special prayer for all SOS Events volunteers wherever they may be.

Our enemy will try to discourage workers with all kinds of problems, distractions and devices. Sometimes it’s illness, family or even good activities that will keep us from going to events to win people to the LORD.

Our volunteers need your prayers. Also, please pray for new volunteers. Spring will soon be here and there will be new opportunities for more events, but without volunteers to go and tell those events will go by with no witnesses.

The harvest is ready but the laborers are few.

Recently, SOS Events Alabama Team had presentation and training at Gateway Baptist Church. This was an answer to many years of prayer.

We are so excited to see how God is going to use these young men in their community and at many SOS Events. There has been a need for Spanish speaking volunteers and we can’t wait for them to get started !

A big thank you to Roman and Eunices for translating for us and Gateway Baptist Church for hosting and the wonderful meal.

We would also like to thank Dale and Dorothy Brown for helping us with the training and Paul Johnson for introducing us to this wonderful group.

2 Timothy 2:2, KJV: And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

God blessed the Kumquat Festival in Dade City, Florida with 8 salvations at the SOS Events Ministry booth on Saturday.

A special thank you to all the volunteers that worked. There are many opportunities to win people to the Lord when you volunteer with SOS Events, not only in Florida but anywhere in the USA and beyond!

Christians how will the people, who never go to church, hear how Jesus can be their Savior of someone does not tell them? It is our responsibility to go and tell.

You can have the joy and blessing of being that witness if you join a team with SOS Events.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15

What a wonderful verse to start with for the month of December! God does supply all our needs.

Some people have abundance of money and material things. Others have very little. The Christmas season is a time for giving. It is not the cost of the gifts, it is the gift given from the heart that counts.

A phone call, letter or an invitation for a meal can mean more than the most expensive present in the world. Your time with your friends and family is the most meaningful gift you can give.

God wants the same thing. You can give a large offering, go to church or do some charity work, but the most important thing you can give to God is time to read His word, pray and then tell someone else about His special gift, the Lord Jesus.

This month many verses from the Bible will be about Thanksgiving to God for all His bountiful blessings.

Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; Ephesians 5:20
