Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13

May your day be filled with joy and Thanksgiving to the Lord.

That is a great question. If you are a Christian, your answer should be the Lord Jesus. He paid for all our sins by His death on the cross.
Tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day. As we gather with family and friends let us not make it just another day to have fun and fellowship. Let us truly be thankful for Jesus and make Him the priority in our life.

If you have a true friend you are blessed. If you have several good friends you are extremely blessed.
God gives us friends in our lives to come along by our side to uplift us in times of trouble or sorrow. They rejoice with us when we have joy. They are loyal.
Thank God for the friends in your life. Also, be a good friend to them. Maybe today, give your friend(s) a call. Write them a little note. Most importantly pray for them.

It was hard to thank God for the damage to the SOS Events office when hurricane Milton did so much damage to the property.
It was a great blessing that the house was spared but it seemed like nothing good could come from this.
But God. Yes, through all of it God showed the generosity of people. Many came to help clean up and get rid of debris. People have given extra time and support to SOS Events, people that we did not even know.
The verse says, IN everything give thanks. Even during the most stressful time, give thanks. God has a plan for you and He wants to show you what He can do through that difficult situation.

Thanksgiving Day is a week away and everyday let us give thanks to God for something He has done in our lives. A week of thanksgiving.
God loves to answer prayer. Are we remembering to thank Him when He does?
Today, my thanks is to Jesus for the faithful SOS Events Leaders, Staff, and Volunteers who work tirelessly to see people receive salvation.

It is a privilege to Serve Our Savior with SOS Events Ministry. Thankful for every missionary, trainer and volunteer who has been a witness for the Lord Jesus in the last 23 years.
Thank the Lord for all the souls who have come for salvation and assurance in those years. Thank you all for your service for Him.
Praying for more souls, more volunteers and more opportunity.

The main thing we should be thankful for is Jesus who came to earth to die on the cross, was buried and rose again on the third day. He took away all our sin if we trust in Him as Lord and Savior.
Sing for joy and kneel before Him with gratitude in our heart!
Have a blessed Thanksgiving!
