Opportunity to Expand for SOS Events

Carolyn Curtis, cofounder of SOS Events Ministry, had opportunity to present to the Ladies Fellowship at Liberty Baptist Church in Gallatin, Tennessee.

A sweet group of women listened intently as Carolyn gave her testimony and then told about the simple way of presenting the Gospel using the “3 Things God Can Not Do”.

Praying for a new team in that part of Tennessee. Two events are planned in the next month.

Romans 10:14 – How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard?

Pray For SOS Events!

SOS Events Ministry focuses on prayer, especially for events. Prayer for the workers and prayer for the unsaved.

The event season has arrived! Fall festivals and events of all kinds take place in the next 10 weeks.

Please pray with us for good weather, wisdom for the workers and most of all for Salvations of people who go to events but not to church.

Upcoming events in Alabama, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Tennessee and more. Please join with us in prayer if you cannot join with us in person. Also, pray that YOU will be the worker that God uses to get out the gospel.

Luke 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

Thank You, SOS Events Leaders & Volunteers

For we are labourers together with God: ye are God’s husbandry, ye are God’s building. I Corinthians 3:9

Labor Day Weekend! A time when people in the USA stop to honor workers. The first Monday of September is set aside to give the workers a day of rest and relaxation.

SOS Events Leaders and Volunteers are laborers in God’s fields. They work diligently to bring people to salvation through Jesus.

May God richly bless every person who works with SOS Events Ministry. Especially the Leaders and Volunteers who go to events and lead people to salvation using the “3 Things God Can Not Do”.

That includes the Senior Servants who come every month to get the Life Saving News ready to be mailed. The faithful supporters who give so the ministry. Most importantly, the people who pray for SOS Events.

Orleans County Fair in New York

SOS Super Servants!

Dale and Dorothy Brown are true Super Servants of SOS Events Ministry.

They have been part of the ministry when it was just an idea in the mind of Tom and Carolyn Curtis.

Their encouragement and support both physically and financially have helped begin SOS Event Ministry and have continued to keep the ministry successful.

The SOS Events Alabama Team owes their success to Dale and Dorothy.

They not only are behind the scenes but continue to work at events in Alabama. Thank you Dale and Dorothy for all you do for SOS Events Ministry. May God bless you abundantly.

Alabama and Tennessee SOS Events Teams

Alabama and Tennessee SOS Events Teams met at the Pulaski, TN Sundrop festival on Saturday June 10th and was blessed with 20 salvations. We extend the arm of our individual churches to reach the lost.

Twelve People Saved At AL Flea Market

June 8, 2023

Another amazing day under the SOS Events Ministry tent at Santuck Flea Market! In Alabama.

Sometimes we just stand in awe at how the Holy Spirit moves as we Serve Our Savior at these events. Mom’s and daughters, husbands and wives , life long friends and hurting hearts searching for the only true peace they will ever find.

There were 12 people that surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and walked out of darkness into Glorious light. We were able to love on and encourage so many today and also received encouragement and a good word ourselves.

We also have a special request for prayer for a young lady that gave her life to Jesus today but is battling a heartbreaking addiction that touched all of our hearts with her plea to get away from this lifestyle. We know God can meet her need !!

To God be the Glory for these precious souls saved !!

For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. Romans 11:36

Alabama SOS Team Blessings!

May 9, 2023

Members from 6 area churches shared the gospel at the Moulton Strawberry Festival in Alabama. Seventy-nine people came for counseling on salvation. Thirty-one were for assurance and 48 prayed to receive Jesus as their personal savior. Thanks to the city of Moulton for planning a great festival.

Here are two teenagers who prayed to receive Jesus as their personal savior at the Gardendale Magnolia Festival. We also counseled with those who had doubts, providing assurance of salvation.

That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9

God Blessed the SOS Events Alabama Team.

Great day under the SOS Events Ministry tent at the Kymulga Grits Festival in Childersburg!

We started the day at a vending spot at the very back row of the festival and had to remember that God was in complete control and would bring the ones He had planned for us to witness to.

This precious mom and her 3 kids were so happy to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior just look at their smiles !!

A little while later Logan came back and heard the Gospel message and gave his life to Jesus

We had so many great conversations and prayed with several people that needed some encouragement. 2 more people after hearing scripture shared were happy to receive assurance and now know they are 100 % sure they are going to Heaven. We are so greatful to be a part of this life saving ministry and to be able to Serve Our Savior.

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15
