What a wonderful day in Pennsylvania recently at Valley Forge Baptist Church Summerfest celebrating the 40th anniversary of this church.
SOS Events Team was there and 4 people accepted Jesus as their Savior. That is something worth celebrating also!
Please pray for these new Christians and the continued blessings on the growing church.

Valley Forge Baptist Church hosted a Community Event recently. 23 people accepted Jesus as their Savior at the SOS Events Booth.
That has been so exciting for the church and especially the SOS Events Team members. Winning people to the Lord is the greatest joy.
And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15
We have set aside a day of worship but actually everyday is a day that is Holy unto the Lord.
If we are in fellowship with Him, He will give us strength and joy no matter what our circumstances.
On the way to the Kymulga Grits Festival this morning we heard the song “Too Good to not Believe ” It had us all in tears as we were preparing to go witness under the SOS Events Ministry tent.
God is so good!!! There were 15 precious people today that surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. The joy on their faces is so sweet in these pictures and we are so greatful to be a part of this life saving ministry.
We had the opportunity to pray for burdened hearts and show the love of Jesus to those that needed lifting up. A big thank you to John Balint for coming out to volunteer and helping set up and take down. It’s always a great day to Serve Our Savior!!

Whatever your weather is where you are, stormy, cold, hot, or beautiful, one thing we need to do is praise the Lord.
God is with you today. It may not be physical weather outside that concerns you, it may be a situation or turmoil within. Whatever you need, God is with you to bring into your life sunny weather.
Praise Him as if the day is sunny already and He will give you peace and joy!
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. Galatians 5:22 & 23
The day started out with some stress. Everything was set at the Plant city fleamarket, when the team realized they forgot the table to set the display on. What did they do?
Called and asked someone to bring a table to them. This was very early in the morning but in about 45 minutes the table arrived.
Then God blessed with 14 people who made decisions to follow Jesus. When we are faithful and do not let situations cause us to quit, God blesses our faithfulness with wonderful results. He turned that day of stress into pure joy and rejoicing over the 14 people who were saved.
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Proverbs 3:5&6
Can we rejoice in times of trouble and hard circumstances? Yes.
When my youngest son died unexpectedly, I felt my world crash around me. Did I think I could rejoice? No. However, I was teaching school, 5th grade, and one of my students encouraged me everyday.
We would sing this verse of scripture and find one thing to rejoice about that day. It maybe was as small as a butterfly landing on a beautiful flower or some other seemingly insignificant thing. As the days went by I felt the heavy burden lift and GOD brought true joy back into my life. (Testimony by Carolyn Curtis, cofounder SOS Events Ministry)
If you are going through difficult times, remember, this IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE, find something you can be rejoice about.
If you lack joy, God wants to fill your life with joy unspeakable.
Need peace? God will give you peace that passes all understanding.
God is the GOD of hope. Put your faith in Him. Our only source of hope is in Jesus..
Christians can have fun and enjoy life without using stimulants like alcohol or drugs.
What a great time the Seniors had at Fellowship Baptist Church this past weekend. A great lunch and entertainment by Bob and Darlene Puffer.
After a year of not gathering it was refreshing and joyful to get together with other Christians for a time of relaxation.
Proverbs 17:22 – A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.
