Has someone hurt you? You feel angry and that person does not deserve to be forgiven.
What about you? How many times have you hurt our loving Savior, Jesus? Maybe by thought or action that does not please Him. Then in His love and mercy, He has forgiven you. Not just once but numerous times.
How much more should we forgive that person who has hurt us? God tells us to forgive. It isn’t easy sometimes but if you truly want to forgive, He will give us the strength to forgive.
It is a choice. We can continue to have resentment in our heart or consciously forgive. The right choice gives us freedom that true obedience gives.
If you have a true friend you are blessed. If you have several good friends you are extremely blessed.
God gives us friends in our lives to come along by our side to uplift us in times of trouble or sorrow. They rejoice with us when we have joy. They are loyal.
Thank God for the friends in your life. Also, be a good friend to them. Maybe today, give your friend(s) a call. Write them a little note. Most importantly pray for them.
We do have a friend that is with us always. His name is Jesus!
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life. John 4:14
The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life. Job 33:4
And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. John 6:35
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life. John 8:12
All set up at the Orleans County 4-H fair! Monday through Saturday come on out and see “3 things God cannot do”. Praying for many souls to be saved!
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9
1 Peter 3:15 – But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:
Do you know the questions to ask when witnessing to someone about how to get to Heaven?
Questions are so important. We can tell others about Jesus, how he paid for their sins when He died on the cross. He was buried and 3 days later He arose. Then we do not go any farther.
We have to ask the right question to lead them to ask forgiveness for their sin and invite Jesus to be their Savior.
Unsure of how to do that? What questions do you need to ask?
SOS Events Ministry can teach you how to ask the right questions and lead people to the Lord in a simple, nonconfrontational way. We have the answers to the questions.
You can come to one of SOS Events Trainings in person. If that is not possible, training is also on the Website.
Learn to be an effective witness and go and tell others the Good News
God once again blessed the SOS Events volunteers at the Plant City Flea Market yesterday.
7 people responded to the Gospel and trusted Jesus as their Savior.
God is faithful. He wants people to repent and be saved. It is the Holy Spirit who brings them in.
