Do you ever feel like the weekend will never come? Then more things come up that need doing and nothing ever seems to get done. Life seems like a burden. Jesus has the answer. He will carry those burdens for you. Give them over to Him. He loves you and will help you get through any difficult situation.
1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.

At the Auburndale Flea Market Tony & Diana along with 3 others from an earlier shift, shared the plan of Salvation through The Three Things God Cannot Do…1)He Cannot Lie 2) He Cannot Change and He Cannot Let Anyone into Heaven unless they’re Born Again. Are you 50, 75 or 100% sure if you died today you’d go to heaven? The Bible says you can be 100% sure. All you need to do is Admit you have sinned (Romans 3:23). Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 10:9) and Call upon he Lord (Romans 10:13). It’s that simple.

Do you find it hard to wait for certain things? Tempted to have something right now, go into debt only to find out that God would have given it to you if you just would’ve waited. Ready to pack up at an event because we’re not seeing results. That happened over the weekend with some of us at SOS events. Then at the last minute a young man came up to the display, wanted to be sure he was on his way to heaven and was gloriously saved. So glad we waited.
Psalms 27:14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

The Easter weekend was busy for SOS Events Ministry in many areas of the USA. Praise the Lord for a great training of 11 new volunteers and 3 new leaders at Union Baptist Church and then at their bike night they had 2 salvations at the booth. Wow! Boom! That’s how discipleship works!! Griffin, GA. This event was lead by our Alabama team.

2 Timothy 2:2 And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.

After Jesus died on the cross, they took His body down, and laid Him in a tomb. Then the soldiers rolled a great stone over the opening, sealed it and stood guard fearing that the disciples would come and steal the body away. So Jesus lay in the grave for 3 days and His followers mourned. All hope was gone so they thought.
Mark 15:46 And he bought fine linen, and took him down, and wrapped him in the linen, and laid him in a sepulchre which was hewn out of a rock, and rolled a stone unto the door of the sepulchre.

And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews! And they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head. And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him. Matthew 27:29-31

Judas betrayed Jesus, Peter denied Him and the rest of the disciples an away. Jesus understands the hurt we may be facing because He went through suffering and rejection. Do we also turn away from Him?
Luke 22:61 And the Lord turned, and looked upon Peter. And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how he had said unto him, Before the cock crow, thou shalt deny me thrice.

Pilate tried to prove his innocence by washing his hands, but his sin could not be taken away by washing. The only thing that can wash away sin is the blood of Jesus and trusting in His death, burial and resurrection. Pilate was guilty of helping to send Jesus to the cross, but God used him to fulfill prophecy.
Matthew 27:24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.

Are you following the crowd? On Palm Sunday the crowd yelled “Hosanna” and one week later they cried “Crucify Him”. Following the crowd can lead you into wrong decisions.
Luke 23:21 But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him.
