April 20, 2015Today is the Day of Salvation
April 19, 20152 Corinthians 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
If you are not 100% sure you are going to heaven, do not wait to invite JESUS to come into your life.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
Call upon JESUS now. Pray: Dear Lord Jesus, I admit I have sinned. I am sorry and want to turn from my sins and I invite you into my heart and life to save me. Thank you for dying on the cross as payment for my sins. I accept You as my Savior. In Jesus name. Amen

Faithful Volunteers
April 18, 2015A picture is worth 1000 words the saying goes. Picture was taken this week at the Plant City, Florida Flea Market.
Eighteen souls were saved this week. SOS Events Ministry is blessed to have faithful men and women who volunteer for events. Over 800 souls have been saved at events since January 1st.

Home with the Lord
April 14, 2015Cheryl Dow, wife of SOS Events faithful worker David Dow went home to be with the Lord yesterday after a long illness. She is at rest now. No more sorrow, no more pain. Her family needs your prayers. David, her Mom, daughters and extended family.

God’s Direction
April 13, 2015This weekend only one lady volunteered to go to the Big Top Flea Market. She had never been there before and also was new at witnessing at an event.
SOS always wants 3 people to work in the booth Tom and Carolyn Curtis went to work with her even though they were not on the schedule. They got there and a lady was already witnessing. Assuming that was the scheduled worker they prepared to start talking to people as they walked by. Then another lady came into the booth. She said she was Olga. (The woman who was scheduled to work)
Then a phone call came and John and Patty were on their way to come and witness in the booth. Now there were too many workers as the booth is small and a crowd can be intimidating to people walking by.
Tom and Carolyn wondered why God wanted them at the Flea Market when they were not needed. There was a particular vendor Carolyn wanted to see so she went to that booth to make a purchase. The woman told Carolyn that this was her last week to be there. Her husband has cancer and she had other family problems in another state.
The vendor, Sue, had on a hat with a JESUS symbol so Carolyn asked if she was a Christian. Sue answered yes. Carolyn then asked if she could pray for Sue, her husband and family. Sue was so grateful for the prayers.
God knew that Sue needed encouragement and sent Tom and Carolyn to the Flea market. Scheduling error? No. God’s direction.
