This is a photo of Diana’s front lawn at her home on Halloween. She set up for Trick or Treat and she had 14 decisions for Christ before the evening was done. Most were teenagers and a few parents who came with younger children. It is amazing what God will do with one person who is willing to step out of their comfort zone and witness for the Lord. One night and the results were more than most churches do in a year.
SOS Events has many ideas to help you make a difference in the lives of people around you. Do you make a difference in your neighborhood?

An opportunity to introduce neighbors and people to your church is to have an event on the church property. SOS Events loves churchyard events. This past weekend in Lakeland, FL a Block Party was held. Everyone had a wonderful time with food, fun and fellowship, but the best part of the day was when 5 people trusted Jesus as their Savior at the SOS Events booth. Randy Thomas is the Pastor and is also a missionary with SOS Events ministry and God is blessing this growing church.
Acts 2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

Many events take place in October, but the weekly event that goes on all year is the Flea Market in Plant City, FL. Last week there were 5 Salvations. Please pray with SOS Events Ministry for new volunteers for this event. Spanish speaking people are especially needed.

God Blessed us greatly under the SOS Ministry tent Saturday at the Fall Festival in Dadeville, Alabama These 2 young men prayed today to receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior! This other sweet family received assurance and now they know their 100% sure they’re going to Heaven. A big thank you to David Rush for coming to volunteer. It’s always a great day Serving Our Savior with this life saving ministry.
Acts 2:21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Day 1 of SOS at the Fair: 18 decisions for Christ!! Thank you volunteers Carl Norton, Patty Mills and Patricia Sides. Had a great night sharing Jesus but please pray for more decisions and SOS Events volunteers. This is a 10 day event and that is very exhausting, plus all the Fall Festivals begin today throughout October and November.
Luke 10:2 Therefore said he unto them, The harvest truly is great, but the labourers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he would send forth labourers into his harvest.

A good report from Steve Slater, SOS Events Team Leader in Pennsylvania, last Saturday. Six decisions to follow the Lord were reported at an event in Royersford. This growing Team has an event scheduled for this coming Saturday and would appreciate your prayers for the workers and people who come to see the SOS Events display board. Pray many souls will be saved.

One of the SOS Events teams is from The Cowboy Church in Alabama. Last weekend they decided to set up a booth at a horse auction. Had there ever been a booth at a horse auction? No! Would it be a success? Yes! Six decisions to follow Jesus. Age range was 16 to 23. Young adults whose lives will change. What a blessing. Thank you Lord for new events that are different. People need the Lord everywhere.

Two sisters were saved on Wednesday this week at the Plant City, Florida Flea Market. God blesses the efforts of SOS Events faithful volunteers. The joy of knowing we will see these sisters and many more in Heaven is wonderful. Also, there is joy in Heaven over every soul that accepts Jesus at events.
Luke 15:7 I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

North Alabama SOS Events had wonderful results with 99 salvations at the Russellville Watermelon Festival Aug 16 and 17 Two booths were set up with a Spanish and English presentation. Wally Blackman, pastor of East Highland Baptist, Hartselle, is shown presenting to two teenagers. New Beginning is a Hispanic church that meets at East Highland and they provided workers for the Spanish booth. Praise the Lord!!!

Another awesome night sharing the SOS Events Ministry tent at the Clay County Rodeo . God Blessed us greatly with 3 people accepting Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. There were 7 that we’re reassured of their salvation and now know they’re 100% sure they’re going to Heaven. We presented the “3 Things God Cannot Do” board with 112 people and handed out 125 tracts, that’s a lot of seeds planted and in God’s timing they will prayerfully make that important decision to accept Christ as their Lord and Savior. We couldn’t have done this without the help from our faithful volunteers. We also thank God for the opportunity to share the Gospel with this life saving ministry.

For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
