We live in troubled times. Christian, it is time we stand up and be ready to fight against the evil that is over taking not only America but the world.
Our enemy, the devil is working to cause division in our families, our churches and in the workplace.
Jesus wants us to be strong and at the same time love one another. It almost seems like a contradiction, but it isn’t.
Jesus Himself was strong, yet, He always had love and compassion. His last words were, “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.”
Jesus is THE GOOD SHEPHERD, however, someone else is a shepherd also, he is the Pastor of your church.
Pastors look after their flock. That is you and me. They look for lost souls, they bring comfort when we are sick or hurt, they keep us from getting into sin through their preaching.
Pastors who love Jesus and look to Him for help and guidance, they want their sheep to follow Him. Pray for your pastor today!
Jesus is coming. It may be today, tomorrow, next week or next year, but it can be very soon. Are you ready?
Have you decided to invite Him to be your Savior? His blood cleanses us from all sin. He died and rose again and is coming for those who have believed and put their trust in Him.
We think what we do will get us to Heaven, but it’s not what we do, it’s what Jesus did when he died on the cross. He paid the price for ALL our sin.
Nothing we do, all our “good” work will never be enough to have our sin forgiven.
We owe everything to Him. When we work doing something for Him, it is out of gratitude and our love for Jesus. It does not count to get us to Heaven. Only trusting in Jesus alone will give us eternal life.
Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast
John 3:16 – For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
God sent us this message long before cell phones or computers.
His message is for everyone. Whosoever is you.
Have you received and answered His message?
Believe that Jesus died, was buried and on the third day arose from the grave. It is His precious blood shed is payment for our sins.
Times now are uncertain. The news is full of gloom and doom. Weather disasters, Covid-19, Afghanistan, Government scandals, Deaths. It seems hopeless, but as Christians, we have a SAVIOR, JESUS.
In GOD’s Word are many promises. The present may be hard but we have a glorious future to look forward to.
What can we do now? Pray for those who are hurting that you know personally. Pray for families who have lost loved ones in the military. Pray for our leaders in government that have to make decisions. Pray for the Lord to give you peace and comfort.
You have Jesus as your Savior, but is He Lord of your life? Do you allow Him in all the areas in your life?
Seeking wisdom and knowledge of Jesus as Lord is very important if you are expecting to grow and be a successful Christian. Jesus wants to help you, direct you and be your Savior and Lord.
Trusting Jesus gives us entrance into the very presence of God. Jesus is KING of kings and LORD of lords.
Jesus, Jesus, Jesus; there’s just something about that name. Master, Savior, Jesus, like the fragrance after the rain; Jesus, Jesus, Jesus, let all Heaven and earth proclaim Kings and kingdoms will all pass away, But there’s something about that name. Kings and kingdoms will all pass away, But there’s something about that name. Bill and Gloria Gaither
This is a song written by the Gaithers. What beautiful lyrics and so true. Kingdoms will pass away, but Jesus reigns forever.
That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. Philippians 2:10-11
