Friends are so important. We can get wisdom, encouragement and fellowship from our friends.
It isn’t just what we get out of a friendship, but what we give to them that lifts and sharpens them.
Be attentive. Listen. Only give advice when they ask for it and don’t get offended if they ignore it.
Show true love. Love them better than you love yourself.
Today, if God has blessed you with children, stop and thank Him for each one He has given you.
Pray for your children. If they are babies or very young, pray they will come to know Jesus as their Savior and they will follow Him all the lives.
If your children are now adults, they need your prayers. Trials of life come on everyone and they need to know you are praying for them.
You may have a child who has gone astray. Never stop praying for him or her. God answers prayer and loves that child even more than you do.
If you have lost child who has died. Thank God for the time you had with him or her. Ask God to comfort you in your loss.
Maybe you have never had children and there is a void in your life. Look around. There are children that are starving for love and attention. It may be a neighbor or someone in your church. Volunteer to teach a children’s class.
Thank you, Lord, for the children in my life. Please bless each one today with whatever need they have. In Jesus precious name.
Do you ever sing praises to the Lord when you are alone?
We may sing along as we hear a song or hymn on the radio or other media source. We sing in church or in a group of other Christians, but do you sing to the Lord as worship when you are alone? Just because you love Him and worship Him.
If you never have done that, try it. Jesus delights in our worship from the heart.

People of all ages do accept the Lord at events when SOS Events Teams of volunteers are involved.
This event is just one of many that take place all over the Country. Spring is almost here. A busy season for SOS Events. The weather will be nice again and events will start taking place in the northern States and beyond.

There are many people who have a stony heart. People who do not want to hear the Gospel or accept Jesus as their Savior.
The good news is that those hearts can be changed. God through the Holy Spirit can break up that stone in the heart. He can change a person and make them a new creation.
Today, pray for people who are in church that look good on the outside but have a stony heart.
Also, the last day of Florida Strawberry Festival. Sunday is usually one of the best days for SOS Events at the Festival. Many people pass by that hearts have turned to stone because of circumstances in their lives or maybe liberal teachers. Pray that the Holy Sprit is already working to break up their stony hearts and today is the day of salvation for them.

Over 6,000 people have made decisions to follow Jesus in those 22 years at this event! God has blessed the volunteers, supporters and prayer warriors with great results.
What a wonderful time of rejoicing when we get to Heaven and God tells all the people who are part of SOS Events Ministry, “ Well Done”.
Today and tomorrow are the last opportunity to witness at the Strawberry Festival this year. Please pray for people to be saved. Volunteers to be there without any problems. (Our enemy tries to distract and discourage the volunteers).

What a wonderful group of ladies. Every month they come to the SOS Events property and work to get the monthly “Life Saver News” newsletter in the mail for the faithful supporters, volunteers and prayer warriors.
They come and enjoy fellowship and food as they do the work. This group represents several churches in the area.
A special Thank You to all these lovely ladies. Every 1st Thursday of each month they come. There is room for more. If you live in the Lakeland, Plant City, Brandon and even Zephyrhills you are welcome to join the group.

Oh what a wonderful day the Lord gave us today at Santuck Flea market!! We pray ahead of these events for weeks before they happen and I can tell you it makes a tremendous difference.
We were able to speak to 269 people at the 3 Things God Can Not Do board and gave out 300 tracts. A mighty move of the Holy Spirit fell under the ministry tent and 9 people made the decision to surrender their lives to Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. Oh how the Angels are rejoicing over these precious souls saved.
3 more young men came back to learn more about their walk with God and after learning what scripture says about repentance and confessing their sins they now know they are 100 percent sure they are going to Heaven.
We also had 2 young ladies want to become a part of SOS and will be contacted and trained soon. God never fails to bless this ministry and we are so grateful His presence goes before us.
We have to give a big thank you to John , Patricia, Carl and Paul for their faithfulness to volunteer, set up and take down.

Romans 10:13. “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
There are things in life that affects all of us at one time or another.
We have many fears, fear of failure, rejection, weakness, forgetfulness and other problems, real or imagined.
In this one verse, God gives us hope and promise.
He has given us POWER, LOVE, and a SOUND MIND.
Whatever you fear today, there is a Savior, Jesus, whose promises are true and trustworthy.
Cast all those fears on Him. He IS your power, strength, love, and will give you a sound mind.
