August 22, 2016Bill and Pat now live in Tennesee but a friend in Florida heard they were trained, working with SOS Events and that 24 people came to know the Lord at the event in TN. Sally was so excited that she called and ask if SOS Events would train some people from her church. A meeting for their fall Trunk or Treat event took place yesterday and not one but 3 churches now want to be trained and win souls at their event. One of the great blessings is that a Spanish church with bilingual people will also be trained. SOS Events needs Spanish speaking folks as in Florida there are many adults who speak no English.
God is blessing SOS Events with new areas to win souls and train people and we are amazed at the way He works.

August 20, 2016Patty Mills (on the far left) pictured here with the original Alabama SOS Events team, reported that the now expanded Alabama team has over 30 events between now and November. Wonderful opportunities to win souls to Christ in Alabama. Please keep all of the events in your prayers. SOS Events busiest season is in the Fall all over the Eastern USA.

The Christian Olympics
August 19, 2016Many people are watching the summer Olympics and cheer on their favorite person or team. The Bible has a lot to say about the Christian life being like a sports activity, however, does not endorse the Olymics as they honored false gods. Wrestling, boxing, racing, archery just to name a few sporting events mentioned in the Bible. Are you in the Christian race?

Important Education
August 18, 2016School has started or about to start in most USA states. The most important textbook we can have at any age, child or adult, is the Bible. Make sue that the Bible is the main source of education for yourself and your family.
Witnessing
August 17, 2016“If we understand what lies ahead for those who do not know Christ, there will be a sense of urgency in our witness.” – David Jeremiah
Witnessing is not a calling or a gift, it is a command. People around us are dying without Christ and we have excuses why we do not witness and win souls. We must not let an opportunity to witness pass without telling them about Jesus. Their eternal lives depend upon it.
Acts 10:42 And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.

Family Fun Day
August 14, 2016A New team for SOS Events in Tennessee. Charles, Bill, Pat and Jim did a great job at Family Fun Day in Spring Hill, TN yesterday. 24 salvations were recorded and others were witnessed to including a man who was a Buddhist.
Everyone in the team were excited and looking forward to more events in the future. Praise the Lord for people who want to Serve Our Savior with SOS Events.
