On Saturday in Alabama there were 7 decisions for Christ at the SOS Booth at Dexter Avenue King Memorial Baptist Church’s Back to School Talent Show and Cookout. PTL!!

SOS Events main goal is winning people to the Lord and we always rejoice when souls get saved at events. There is another blessing that causes excitment and joy. When Christians who have never won anyone to the Lord or have not had witnessing as a priority in their lives come to SOS Events to be trained and go to an event, they see how God blesses their effort and people get saved.
There is an old quotation: “Give a Man a Fish, and You Feed Him for a Day. Teach a Man To Fish, and You Feed Him for a Lifetime.”
That is so true when soul winning. As individuals each team member can witness but when we teach others to be witnesses the training lasts them for a lifetime and more people will have the opportunity to be saved.
Mark 1:17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men.
Usually on Wednesdays at the Flea Market in Plant City, Fl, the majority of people saved are Spanish speaking. Yesterday, however, there was no one who spoke Spanish to work in the SOS Events booth.
Sometimes our faith is small and we think that if a certain worker is not there no one will be saved. God knows our hearts and that we desire to see people come to him no matter what the language or who the soul winners are. The results yesterday were amazing! Eleven people trusted Jesus as their Savior and all were Engish speaking. Also, there were only two SOS Events workers at the booth, Randy and Alice.
God blesses at every event. He knew exactly who the soul winners would be and also, who would be in the crowd. Praise the Lord for His faithfulness.
Psalms 44:21 Shall not God search this out? for he knoweth the secrets of the heart.
Another Wednesday has passed and seven more people are on their way to Heaven because of the workers who give their time on Wednesday mornings to set up an SOS Events booth at the Plant City Fl Flea Market. What a tremendous blessing have souls saved every week. We know that it is God who gives the increase.
1 Corinthians 3:7 So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.
Reports are coming in for the events held on The July 4th weekend. In Polk City, Fl. Randy and Romona Thomas set up a SOS Events booth at the Land of the Free event. Seven souls were saved, 1 adult, 2 teenagers and 3 twelve year olds and one girl age 11. A 15 year old girl wrote on the back of her decision card, “I learned about my spiritual birthday – I asked Jesus to forgive me for my sins and to come into my heart.”
In New Jersey, Lavana and the SOS Events group went to the Columbus Farmers Market and had 6 people make decisions for Christ, 3 from New Jersey 2 from Pennsylvania and one from Virginia.
Romans 10:10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
SOS EVENTS has some dedicated workers who go out to win souls no matter what the weather. In Florida this season of year the temperature rises to between 85 and 95 degrees and it feels much hotter as the day progresses. However, every Wednesday there are faithful workers who go to the Flea Market in Plant City to win souls. In the last 2 weeks 18 people have trusted Jesus as their Savior. That is dedication. These workers are very much appreciated and deserve a giant THANK YOU.
2 Timothy 4:2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
In Florida, God blesses SOS Events every week with decisions to follow Jesus. This week at the Plant City Flea Market 3 teenagers and 2 adults were saved.
Praise the Lord for the souls that are saved and for the faithful workers who sacrifice to be there every week.
1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Great results reported from SOS Event volunteers in Piscataway, New Jersey. This team is from Faith Baptist Church, Trenton, NJ and they do a great job witnessing and leading people to Christ.
11 children and 1 adult made the decision to accept Lord Jesus as their Personal Savior. 4 adults and one child received the Assurance of Salvation promised in Scriptures. Below are some testimonies written on the back of the decision cards people who make decisions fill out.
