Today, people in the USA are looking forward a long Labor Day weekend. Many people will be on busy highways traveling by car.
We as Christians need to trust in The Lord for safety. Take precautions but know that our safety is in the Lord.

If God gives you the privilege of traveling. Wherever you go you will see the beauty God has created.
Not only the natural beauty, but the wisdom that God gave to man to develop ways to travel. Planes, trains, boats, cars, buses and various ways we can get from one place to another.
Then, there are the wonderful man made structures. Monuments, buildings, churches and all kinds of artifacts.
If you can travel in person or see the wonders on TV, books or magazines, as a believer, it is easy to see God’s wisdom and praise Him for His wonderful creation.

Do you ever have a problem thanking God for something in your life that is really hard.
Loss of a job, your house is damaged by fire or storm, an accident or illness. The worst thing of all, losing a child or your spouse.
Can you honestly thank God for that? Yes.
Today, just a personal testimony. I have gone through all of the things mentioned in my life. Sometimes it has been hard to thank God for tragedy. It may even take time, but God knows my heart.
For whatever reason He has for the problems in my life, He has had a purpose. Could I see it right away? No. Sometimes I never understand.
This verse tells me to thank Him. even when I don’t feel like thanking Him, I do thank Him. He is using the problem for a reason.
In all of my years He has never left me, He is always faithful, God is always good. So, I thank Him even when I don’t think I can. Because I want to be obedient to His word.
God is good and I want to be in the center of His Will!

Car Show In Plant City, Florida

The little yellow Corvair is back n the job again at the Car Show in Florida. It has had a few problems but, GOD sent SOS a wonderful mechanic who got the car back in shape.
Praise the LORD for 3 salvations this month. A special thank you to the SOS Events volunteers who take their time to go and witness to the people who come to this event.
Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord. Psalm 150:6
Limerick, Pennsylvania SOS Team

The SOS Events Pennsylvania Team were at Limerick Community Days this past weekend where 6 people trusted Jesus as their Savior.
This team is led by Bryan and Donna who are doing a great job. It is wonderful when a Team Leader moves to a different area and someone steps up to take that position. That is exactly what this couple did and SOS is blessed to have them winning people to the Lord.
The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise. Proverbs 11:30
Church Is Important!

Maybe you cannot go to church because of illness, your job or family responsibilities. God understands.
But, you may have stopped going during Covid and never went back. Disagreement with a church member or hurt feelings. Think about it. Are those really valid reasons for staying home?
We do have many ways to get church services on TV, radio or YouTube. But does that really satisfy?
We miss fellowship with other Christians. We miss the opportunity to see people baptized after they have been saved. Sometimes we may miss seeing the Holy Spirit working in the hearts of others. We also miss the opportunity to help someone else who may need us to be their friend.
Church is important. Let’s go.
Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching. Matthew 10:25
Salvations!

This photo says it all. This family trusted Jesus as their Savior last evening at the Perrysburg, Ohio Car Show.
God blesses the simple plan of salvation that is presented by the volunteers of SOS Events Ministry. People of all ages stop by and listen and many do ask Jesus to forgive their sins and become their Savior.
There were a total of 10 at this event. Please pray for more precious people to be saved as the faithful volunteers continue to give the gospel at various events throughout the USA and beyond.
These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God. 1 John 5:13
