Sunday, a day to worship, spend with family and fellowship. Take time today to be a little “old Fashioned” and don’t go shopping or run around doing errands. Spend time with family and enjoy one another after church today.

Old Fashioned Sunday
March 24, 2019Senior Servants
September 7, 2018On the first Thursday of every month, a wonderful group of ladies volunteer to help with the SOS Events newsletter. This group started out with 3 ladies who wanted to work for the Lord but could no longer get out. Now our Senior Servants Group has grown to about 25, from several different churches and denominations. They are not all seniors. It is great to see Christians from different places, backgrounds and churches work together and enjoy the food and fellowship. (This is one of three tables of ladies yesterday)
1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

Time to Worship
August 26, 2018
Everyday we should worship the Lord when we first wake up, with Bible reading and prayer, but Sunday is a special day when we can gather with likeminded Christians to worship God together. If you are able to go to church today, you will be blessed. If you are not able to go then worship Him in your heart. God desires the worship and praise of His children.

On Sunday David, who makes all our displays and is a vital part of SOS Events, left to go up North for the summer. As a thank you to Him, the office staff went to lunch at a local Mexican restaurant. Diana, Office Manager, Alice, Communication Director and Carolyn, Founder wishes David well until he returns in the fall. We are so blessed to have faithful people who keep SOS Events running smoothly.

True Fellowship
April 23, 2018“If you find a reluctancy to go into the presence of God, there may be unconfessed, unrepented sin in your life. Part of your quiet time is to get your heart clean and pure. Each of us needs to take ourselves by the nap of our necks and confess and repent before we come into God’s holy presence to fellowship.”
– Adrian Rogers
