Don and Shirley
July 22, 2015It is good to look back to see the blessings God has brought into the ministry.
Don and Shirley are one of the couples who have helped make the ministry grow. They joined SOS events in 2007. They had prayed for and supported SOS Events since it began in 2001. Don and Shirley have traveled the farthest distance in the USA taking SOS Events ministry to Montana in 2007 where over 75 people made a decision for Christ.
Please pray for Don and Shirley as they are no longer able to travel because of failing health, however, they still bless the ministry with their prayers and encouragement.
SOS Events ministry has grown and expanded because God has used people like Don and Shirley to further His gospel.
Shirley is pictured here with a young man she led to the Lord the year before in Indiana. This young man came to the booth to tell Shirley how thankful he was for his salvation and wanted a picture with her.

Today’s News
April 28, 2015Luke 21 But when ye shall hear of wars and commotions, be not terrified: for these things must first come to pass; but the end is not by and by. …………. And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
Turn on TV or listen to the radio and we see things that are spoken of in many passages in the Bible. Read Luke 21 and then compare it to the news today. Riots in the streets of America and countries in the Middle East, earthquakes, wars and commotion everywhere. But there is good news, JESUS is coming soon. Are you ready? If you have trusted JESUS as your Savior, rejoice, It may be today!
If you have never invited JESUS into your life, don’t wait. Jesus died on the cross, and rose again for payment of your sins. Pray for forgiveness of all your sins and turn from them, ask JESUS to come into your life and save you. He loves you and is calling you to come unto Him. Don’t wait until it’s to late.
God’s Harvest
March 5, 2015Yesterday God gave a wonderful harvest at Plant City Farmers and Flea Market. Twenty-five souls in just a few hours. SOS Events is blessed to have dedicated volunteers who are willing to witness every Wednesday morning.
Pray with us for more volunteers to work in the market places. There are so many opportunities to witness in the USA while we still have the freedom to do so. There may come a day when that freedom may be taken away.

The news today could be a chapter out of the Bible on the end times. Wars, rumors of war, severe weather in unusual places, violence, chaos, unrest in the Middle East and much more news that is predicted in scripture.
The bright side of the news is: Jesus is coming. We don’t know the time. It could be today. This is good news for those of us who are born again.
Fellow Christian, the hour is late. We must be tell others who may not be saved how they can accept the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, who paid their sin debt. Today, tell the good news to someone. Tomorrow it may be too late.
Luke 21:25-28
And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth:for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
