God Knows Your Name!

God loves us so much that He knows our name.
God loves the world but more importantly, He loves each of us individually. He knows our name and He calls each one to salvation through Jesus.
If you know Jesus personally, thank Him today for your salvation. If you have not made that decision, do it now.

February 1, 2022❤️ 💕 💗 February is here and we turn our thoughts to love. Hearts, flowers and romance is the theme for February in the world.
This month the main subject for February for us will be about God’s Love for us and the heart.
The greatest love story of all time and eternity is God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to come into the world as a baby, grow up in the world as a man, die on the cross and 3 days later He arose!
Why? The answer is for you and me. God loves us so much He wants us to have eternal life.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16
God Forgives Sin

Intimacy with God requires a repentant heart. In His love, God says when we confess our sin, He is faithful and just to cleanse us. That cleansing restores our fellowship with Him.
God hates sin because He is Holy and Righteous. Sin is anything we have done that God has commanded us not to do.
All have sinned and come short. You can watch a small child only months old and already they are sinners. Selfishness and disobedience. They will be playing and grab a toy from another child, hit or bite.
Jesus paid the penalty for all our sins if we by faith ask His forgiveness, repent of our sin and put our trust in Him.
God is Faithful!

Do we deserve God’s mercy? NO!
We are all sinners, not seeking God. But, He has great love for us, He sent Jesus to die on the cross, be buried and 3 days later Jesus arose from the dead, to pay the penalty for our sin.
If we accept Jesus as our Savior, then GOD shows His mercy toward us and we are born again.
Great is God’s faithfulness!
God’s Children!

God created us, but we are not His children until we are born into His family. Jesus said, “Ye must be born again.”
How? You may be asking. First, Admit you have sinned. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Believe on the Lord Jesus. That if thou shall confess with thy mouth and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him (Jesus) from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Call upon the Lord. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
When we have trusted Jesus as our Savior, the Holy Spirit comes into our heart (spirit) and we are born again.
We are then joint heirs with Jesus! Sure of Heaven and all the wonders that will be ours.
Friends in Countries Outside the USA

SOSEvents Ministry has influence outside the USA with social media and the blog.
It is extremely encouraging to have people from many different Countries get on the blog and have opportunity to get the Gospel as well as access to Bible Studies and helpful tools to grow in their relationship to God.
Thank you to those people who are reading this even now. My prayer is for many salvations and spiritual growth for you.
Are You Weary?

We all get weary at times. The pressures of family, job, even our work for the Lord becomes very tiring.
But, GOD promises to give us strength if we rely on Him. So, step back, take time to fellowship with Him before you tackle those pressures that are wearing you down.
Don’t Give Up!
January 19, 2022Do you ever feel like giving up? Maybe you have a problem you think will never be solved. Sickness, employment, relationships poverty. All real concerns, but don’t give up.
Hope! Definition: to cherish a desire with anticipation : to want something to happen, trust. to desire with expectation of obtainment or fulfillment.
The Bible also has the answer to hope: And now, Lord, what wait I for? my hope is in thee. Psalms 39:7
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. Jeremiah 17:7 There are many more verses that tell us our hope is in the Lord Jesus.
Don’t give up! Kept praying, trusting and having hope.
